Our time living at The Parks was so great and we will surely miss our home. Emellie M. was our resident agent for move in and could not have been more responsive and helpful through the process, as it was very very smooth. When it came time for us to leave (military PCS) Elizabeth A. assisted with our move out and home inspection requirements and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, and was able to answer all of our questions and just make the whole process seamless from start to finish. Our family can’t thank The Parks team enough for our wonderful stay in Monterey.

John exceeded all expectations during his visit! He originally came out to repair a damaged floorboard in our bathroom, and his craftsmanship was top-notch, precise, clean, and efficient. But what truly set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. After explaining to him that our garage door handle was loose and kept falling apart, he quickly offered to fix it as well, even though it wasn’t part of the job he came for. He went out to his truck to see if he had a replacement door handle and quickly returned to replace it. His expertise and professionalism are unmatched, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers. We’re so impressed with his work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of quality repairs. Thank you, John, for going the extra mile!

I had the best service today. John came to fix our refrigerator and bathroom toilet. He was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining what was wrong and fixed our issues we were having. Thank you John for your hard work! Hope to have you on our next work order.

John to the rescue again Absolutely amazing service and professional experience for maintenance. Maintenance personnel interactions maybe the only upside to The Parks of Monterey. If John is the technician that shows up we know that we will be taken care of with the best service and most efficient know how.

Nice place to live! Warehouse Techs Edwin and Derek, were so helpful! When we needed new lightbulbs, which are free, they give you exactly what you need with friendliness and expertise. All support staff at Parks are very eager to help with any issues

This was our second time moving back into the Parks at Monterey community and I can't thank the staff enough for their warmth and patience throughout our moving experience. Ms. Munoz was our Resident Specialist and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions in a timely manner. When she wasn't available, Carmen and Shannon were more than happy to assist, again easing all of our concerns. PCSing is stressful enough and me and my family are so thankful to have worked with such a great housing staff.

The parks were perfect for me and my family. The neighborhood was great and safe and my spouse was able to walk or daughter to school every morning. We loved our house and if there were any issues the maintenance team handled it efficiently. I want to give a huge shout out to Shannon, our housing representative, as she went above and beyond with everything! She helped us move up our house date to get in and helped us move out with ease when my orders came in. She was always responsive to any and all emails or calls and made sure all my questions were answered. I will forever be grateful for the care we felt with Shannon handling our housing.
