Monument Hill has neglected maintenance for years. The grass is dead with weeds, the roses are dried and there is a huge pothole at the entrance. When my youngest sibling died in 1993 it was beautiful. Now it is depressing to go visit her.

I am deeply disappointed and distressed with the service I received at this cemetery. As the executor of my father's estate, I expected a level of professionalism and sensitivity during this difficult time. However, my experience was far from it.

Firstly, I was not notified about the placement of my father's headstone, a basic courtesy one would expect. I shockingly discovered it through a social media post, which was both inappropriate and disrespectful. This lack of communication demonstrates a serious lapse in their duty to the families they serve.

Moreover, when I reached out to the employee, Donna, for an explanation, her response was shockingly rude and dismissive. She stated that notifying me was not her job and cited her busy schedule as an excuse for this oversight. The conversation ended with her abruptly hanging up on me, an act of disrespect I find hard to comprehend in any professional setting.

The level of insensitivity and unprofessionalism displayed by Donna and the lack of proper communication channels at this cemetery is alarming. It reflects a lack of respect for the grieving families they are supposed to serve. I am writing this review as a caution to others who might consider using their services. If this is how they handle such sensitive matters, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a place that offers the dignity and respect our loved ones and their families deserve.

This experience has left me considering further action to ensure that no other family has to go through such an ordeal. It's not just about business; it's about basic human empathy and respect, something this establishment severely lacks.

What a disgrace, I’ve seen abandoned old graveyards in better condition than this place, such a shame. I hope the families are successful in making the people that run this place do something about it. Heard rumors it was the well over a year ago but still nothing has been done. Maybe they will be forced to sell it to somebody who will actually care for it. Hopefully the CFB makes them bend over and grab their ankles for this.

The website says these plots are well maintained but while looking for family members we found many markers overgrown with grass and weeds. Some are not even visible. This cemetery is keep green and mowed but gravesite maintenance is apparently left to survivors.

They've let all the grass die. Looks horrible. My Father inlaw has been in the ground there 11 months and they haven't even put any grass over the dirt yet.

Why the dead grass? Family pays for a peaceful Green place to visit loved ones. Plenty of rainfall this year.

This place looks terrible ? Dry grass ,weeds , some places no grass .Not like it use to look years back.
