The coffee was superb! My mom got a regular hot latte and I got an iced chai latte. We loved them! The ladies who served us were very upbeat and friendly! Thank you, Daily Grind!

LOVE this place!! Just got THE BEST smoothie I've ever had today! Food is okay, coffee is pretty good, smoothies are fantastic, but the people that work there make this place so worthwhile! The girl that helped me today was so nice, and that has been my experience every single time! Go support this place, you definitely won't regret it!

Tasty mocha! I also love the compostable cups and lids. There are enough such cups along California’s freeways, it's nice knowing that some of them will break down into soil, not microplastics.

Took 20 minutes to get through two cars in front of our line and we Got bagels they were okay but the hot chocolate tasted rotten. I think they used expired whip cream.

You want old time neighborhood charm? Go see Lisa and pick up a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind. Best Ambassador of Newcastle serving the best coffee just the way you want it and I do mean just the way YOU want it. Lisa and her staff goes above and beyond to make a cup of Joe exactly the way you want it and will remember your order the next time. Also, I gotta say, I LOVE the Bagels there, from my understanding, sourced from a small Bagel maker right in Newcastle. Go tell Lisa I said hi, and ask her for a referral of all that is great about Newcastle. She will not steer you wrong!

Arrived about 9am. Very disappointed. Havent had an issue until this visit. Its drive thru only for coffee and pastries. 2 drive thru windows with 2 employees working each. 2 cars at each window. The one gal was talking to the passenger at her window for the whole ten minutes we were waiting. The gal whom served my wife and I served another car and us while the other gal was chatting it up with the car at her window. Neither worker have never heard of Equal. Also, we paid for 2 large lattes, and my wife discovered it was just a drip coffee when we got to Roccklin. What a rip off. Not happy at all as we were going to a funeral in San Rafael. No time to go return.

Love this place so much! Good drinks and food. My go to coffee place almost every morning! The girls are always so friendly and work fast. Definitely recommend!
