We highly recommend Cheyene to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home in Nevada County. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and reliable. We found Cheyenne from her fabulous and helpful videos on Nevada county. I remember contacting her back in October 2023 to say we’d like to meet with her, but we were not certain we were really going to be moving to Nevada County, so we did not waste her time. She insisted that we would not be wasting her time, and she would love to show us around. A short 5 months later we were making an offer on our dream home. Cheyene is very knowledgeable about Nevada County (As demonstrated in her many videos) and showed us many varied areas and towns in Nevada County. Once we found our dream home she went way above and beyond to help us secure our home. She wanted us to have the strongest offer and lined up all the necessary inspections within five days of when we were submitting our offer so that when we submitted our offer, we would be able to remove contingencies quickly. She was genuinely as excited for us as we were when they accepted our offer! Cheyenne was great with communication and really holding our hands throughout the arduous process and roller coaster of emotions of buying a home. We feel very fortunate that she was our realtor!

Cheyenne is super sweet and nice, but more importantly, she is a great realtor with integrity. It was a difficult, albeit daunting task of finding and buying a home in Nevada County as we were coming from a highly populated metropolitan area of Southern California. It was really helpful to see the Youtube videos that Cheyenne produced as it helped us understand the demographics, weather, geography, lifestyle, wildlife and resources of the area. The videos are highly recommended. Our criteria for finding a home was difficult with a long list of needs and Cheyenne helped us navigate seeing properties efficiently as we were coming from out of town on 3 different occasions. When we made an offer, Cheyenne was excellent with helping us with the contract, contingencies and really helping us understand valuation and appraisal of a property especially since one property was very complex with non-permitted improvements and a mixture of a manufactured and a stick built dwelling. She had excellent contacts for inspectors, appraisers and choosing fire and property insurance. Obtaining fire insurance can be a daunting task by itself depending on factors such as fire station distance, fire hydrant location, access to the property, proximity to open forests and the property itself. She was very thorough with the contract itself, going through the inspection report and helping us with counter offers and an after the escrow closed, a rent back option. Cheyenne is a Gem. We were blessed to have her as our agent and would do it again.
