They don’t tell you that you won’t get a refund on your purchases. You can only get a credit to buy other things at their store. I found out when I went back to return items I bought just the day before. These people will lose business the way they operate. They told me oh well we have a sign right here that says no refunds and it’s on your receipt. Wow really guys The public should be made aware of this!!! I will never go back there. Also I told them it was my first time there when I was purchasing items. They had every opportunity to tell me about their non-refund policy. Appalling!!

Before I say anything at all, let me say how good the owner is at customer service. That alone was a huge surprise after dealing with Carrs boots in santa maria. I was interested in replacing some old Georgia boot slip ons that I had for 4+ years but needed a wide foot option that I couldn't find anywhere. Found some even better ariat water proof slip on boots that were even better and a price that I was more than happy with. The owner not only hooked me up with a free hat and mink oil on the house but had me in and out within 30 minutes. I tired on 4 different boots. For the selection alone, I would return to this place, but for the treatment and customer service I'll be coming back ever couple years to get new boots for the rest of my career/life as long as they are in business. Kudos to the gentleman I ran into this morning. You made a customer for life and your generosity was much appreciated.

Thank you to Diana at Nipomo Western Wear! I went in after work on Wednesday (after the tornado weather passed through) and she immediately assisted me in looking for jeans. She was quick and knowledgeable! I found 2 pairs of jeans (1 of which were high waisted Wranglers that I've been hunting down for a few years) and couldn't be happier! Love how much they have grown in product.

They have nice boots nice western wear. They’re still sitting up some the owners are very friendly and very helpful. Even got a gift given to me because it was my birthday coming up. I really love this store.

What a great place! Ivan shaped and cleaned my hat so good it looks brand new. I will be definitely coming back.
