Munnerlyn's has the best ice cream & most creative flavors EVER - all made on site! My favorites are "Mother May I Join The Circus" (or just "Circus" for short) which is cake batter ice cream with Mother's Circus Cookies pieces & "Scotchmellow" which is marshmallow icecream with chocolate pieces and a butterscotch swirl. The staff is mostly made up of local kids who are friendly & always happy to help! It's truly a hidden gem! If you're ever driving up Hwy 88 through Pine Grove, this place is a MUST STOP! You won't be disappointed!!

Munnerlyn's always has the best ice cream. I stop on my way up to the mountains and it's my favorite part of the drive. Kit Carson Crunk is my all-time favorite flavor, but their other flavors are also delicious. This is their 2 small scoops, on a waffle cone.

The ice cream is so good it sells out. This leads to frustration. When you need Cherry amaretto flavor there is one place to go... everybody else needs to understand that the last quart is reserved for me. It's the law... so now everybody knows.

Came to camp at Gold Country and stopped by this homemade ice cream shop. Service is fast, despite it being a bit busy. I liked the lemon but didn't love it. I got it since it was recommended by one of the employees. I loved the toasted almond ice cream though! There were real almonds inside and it was creamy while crunchy. There are some pretty unique flavors here and I would like to try more. I appreciate that the ice cream isn't overly sweet too, so I feel like I can eat a lot of it!

Best ice cream ever. So many creative choices . I just bought the All Shook Up. Banana ice cream with peanut butter swirl and bacon. OMG Delicious.

The flavors are always rotating and there are lots of flavors to choose from. They have a wide variety of nondairy options as well. Everything tastes fresh, natural and delicious. The staff are always happy to serve and give samples. A must stop all year round, even during ski season

Absolutely fantastic ice cream. Lots of fun flavors and they change daily. I'm not sure I will ever drive by here again w/o stopping.
