Great local venue for small shows. The sound system is well matched to the acoustics making for excellent listening!
The lighting for the stage is unfortunately weak, making it surprisingly difficult to clearly see all the performers. But the intimacy of the seating, the sound, the theater itself are all winners!

Beautiful theater. Seats have decent leg room, and the rise is enough to see over those in front of you. Nice snack bar and they were even selling whole bottles wine,though may have been for this event. For the holidays it was really decorated as a winter wonderland including a christmas tree and miniature village.

Beautiful music, great ambience and all around wonderful experience. Not as many candles as some of the photos make it seem, but I assumed that would be the case. Still WELL worth it

When in downtown Sonoma, please make time to see a show or stop by this historic theater. The staff was so kind and made you feel like going to the movies was a special event……like it used to be. They also use the space for shows and musical events.
We were there during Christmas and its was decorated so beautifully. If you cannot see a show, you can still go in and enjoy the decorations.

This was my 3rd performance ,that I’ have attended. Halloween , Nutcracker , and Adele. All have been outstanding . The theater, the sound. And especially the musicians performance. Very relaxing a new favorite and a great reason to explore , the Sonoma square for all your dinning pleasures.
