Fantasy Frocks is amazing. This shop has literally everything you need. They have rentals and costumes and accessories of all qualities for sale. Literally anything you could think of, and their prices are great! It's really nice to be able to shop at a family owned business and to be able to try everything on there as well. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else after my experience there! Thanks again!!!!

Fun and helpful experience while halloween shopping. Found a dress for my daughter's "ghost princess" costume and some pieces for my own. They have thousands of rentals as well. I will be going back for those! The owner was sweet and eager to help me out. It's set in an old house and it adds to the unique experience.

Best year round Costume Shop in Bakersfield/Kern County that is a local family owned business, I definitely recommend going to this shop and support your local Family owned businesses. The now second owned generation of Kellers they are amazing people.

This place is awesome! They were very helpful in helping us find what we needed for a history class. I did not know this place existed but thanks to my son's History teacher now I do. I will definitely be coming back.

Hands down the most impressive variety of costumes I have seen in Bakersfield or Kern County. Everything from family Halloween costumes to vintage wardrobe for professional stage and film productions. Great selection of professional makeup and other supplies. Also the store is open year around; unlike seasonal costume shops that are only open in October. All this is in addition to the great friendly staff that runs the shop; every time I go in I am greeted with a smile and quick service. I can't recommend a better shop in town.

I have been working in the children’s entertainment business for 20 years as a magician and as Claydoh the Clown in Bakersfield. Fantasy Frocks is the best place to buy costume supplies. They are open all year long and are always happy to help. They are a locally owned small business and they extend the great customer service you would likely not get from another costume store.

Came here a month ago and I have to say it's the cutest costume shop I've ever seen and their selection is HUGE owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet and as soon as you walk in they'll shower you with their hospitality! If you are ever working on a costume theyll have pieces in store like capes and small props but they also carry full Halloween costume sets so I really recommend the place for mother's planning ahead of time for Halloween and cosplayers who need a certain item in a pinch!
