We ordered on 12/14/24 a simple salad, pizza, and wings. The wings were cold and hard, the salad was big chunks of the lettuce rinds and huge chunks of onion with a sprinkle of tomato. We called to make the manager aware of the state of their lettuce and the manager was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional saying their salads are fine. We weren’t even asking for a refund or replacement, just giving them an FYI. We will never order from the establishment again just because the professionalism of the employee.

Thanks Jamie for your great customer service and making a killer good pizza! I do work in the area a lot and will be back for lunch again. Surprised the place wasn’t busier, this should be packed daily! It’s a great location and plenty of parking. Handicap spot right in front, handicap accessible entrance, outside seating, as well as plenty of room inside. I forgot to get the girls name that works there, but she was great too! Thanks again!

This past Friday my family and I ordered three pizzas. I personally was dying to try the new spud pizza and let me tell you did not disappoint! We also tried the mac & cheese and it was so cheesy and creamy and delicious. If neither of these sound appetizing to you you can never go wrong with a thin crust full house! Thank you blackjack for being a staple in our community and providing awesome food.

My family and I enjoyed an awesome dinner this past weekend! We had pizza, wings and salad. My hubby likes the thin crust, kiddos like traditional pizza and BBQ boneless wings! I love the popper and their salads. The Italian dressing is the bomb! This family owned business works hard to be a positive part of this community and I’m glad they’re here!

We had ordered a pizza that came very over cooked. Call and was told they would remake it. 45 minutes later I call for the pizza and told it was out for delivery but the driver left it behind and by time it was delivered it was cold. We were told they would remembrance the cost and after three weeks of trying they finally gave us back our money. And were told we could not make orders with them anymore. They mess up and now we are ousted Really disappointed, would not recommend!!!

Called in one item I have ordered before, person that took the order over the phone rang it up incorrectly so when I went to pick it up and the order was wrong I was told it would be another hour until I get the correct order. Zero customer service. They did not care about making their mistake right. Was looking forward to what I ordered because I do like their food... shucks

I have ordered here three times and all three times they got my order wrong. That's pretty impressive considering my pizzas only had three toppings. It's pretty ridiculous that they can't manage to put the toppings on that you order And pay for! it's not like there's a bustling restaurant with tables to wait on and waters to fill and checks to bring and during all the chaos they have to make pizzas. The only thing they have to do is put toppings on a pizza correctly and put it in the box. I worked in a Pizza place it's not that hard. Read the order 2 times before you put it in the over. They can't manage to make pizzas right. Pretty insane knowing how simple it is. If you go here be prepared to pay for toppings that you are not going to eat. Check your pizza before you leave the store and if you get delivery be ready to wait over an hour for them to fix their mistake.

What happened to the toppings? I ordered a XL “Good Deal” and I got a XL “Bad Deal”. $22 for a pizza that barely had any toppings and what toppings it did have were so finely minced you couldn’t even taste anything. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this has just had my blood boiling for the last few days that everybody wants to raise prices but skimp on the food. I remember when I could get a pizza from Blackjack loaded with toppings, but if this is their new style, this is ridiculous.

Typical business that replies on their reviews like they want to fix the issues. I emailed the above email and absolutely no response. Nothing but silence.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I will never go to these establishment. The lack of customer service is poor and the quality is dissatisfying. Order 6 pizza for a birthday party and all our pizza were not cut or barley cut. Talk to the owner and he didn't believe it. Well... here are the pictures to show and prove it.
