Ram at UPS Store #7214 truly saved the day! I completely forgot to ask my mover to pack my 7lb skateboard, and decided to ship it through UPS instead. Ram was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through several packing and shipping options, helping me find the most affordable and efficient solution. I really appreciated his excellent customer service!

Service is good. I also noticed a guy who was heavily tattooed working there. It took me by surprise. But I actually LOVED it. It’s great to see that UPS allows heavily tattooed people to work for them. I’m very punk rock myself. Defeat conformity, love it ?

Fast, helpful service! Zack did a great job offering fast, helpful service. I had to ship some tent poles. There was a problem with my original container where it opened up too far. Zack got it back to the normal size for me. Then, he measured my container and was able to offer a box at those dimensions which saved me on shipping. I will be shipping my items from here again. Thank you!

I was in a bind with a late printing job. In contrast to some stores whose name rhymes with "Red Mex/Plinkos" 🙂 who were rude to us over the phone, these folks were extremely helpful and got the job done very well, in a quick turnaround time, and reasonably priced. Very thankful for their help!

Don't use this location or have packages delivered here. I redirected a UPS package here using my choice so it wouldn't sit outside and I could pick it up. Instead this location refused delivery and had it sent back to Amazon.

Came to drop off Amazon returns and received extremely rude treatment from the associate working that day 7/19/24 at 8:45am. I had a tent I was returning, fairly large and heavy. In the past when I have returned large heavy return items for Amazon, I have been instructed by UPS to put the label on the bag or box of the large item, not putting into a separate, additional box.

Before I could even get through reading the instructions she accused me of "mincing words" and not following the instructions, when I literally came in and asked if I could get their help to ensure I'm following instructions. It was like she was angry before I even walked up (not to mention I had to wait several minutes at an empty counter with no associate in site).

When I said it could be possible that the tent may not need a box she took it personal for no reason, so I left and went to another UPS store. Completely unnecessary and rude.

The next store is only 15 min, but I'd drive an hour farther or more to avoid this rude service and mis treatment from the employee. Zero stars.

Still a good service but not worth printing something, which, costs 3.27. Was already paying for a 4.47 for a Etsy shipping label.

Edited — you say the these are unplanned prices and yet you raised them since I was there last time. Never had to pay 3.27 to print something. Your overhead is the cost of a single sheet of white paper which is like 0.15 cents. And the person has to reach down to pick up the piece of paper?! Are you kidding me. I’m giving you one star for trying to gas light me through you invasive greedy nature. You’re not the one with a small business either, UPS is a corporation and 3.27 isn’t even bothering you.
Since I been selling on eBay and etsy for the past 5 years, NEVER had to be charged more then a dollar to print a single piece of plain white paper. The cost that determines the print charge is made by the owner period. Your charge and inability to express compassion shows your true nature.

Friendliest UPS store ever!! All employees are awesome, but Mike and Dustin always go out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
