FIVE STARS! When a business Customer Service Representative goes 'beyond the call of duty' and does everything possible to please a customer, that business has a Reward WINNER. For me, that Winner is Lor Gillette. Lor answered all my questions and requests professionally, attentively, patiently and sincerely. She made me feel gracious, satisfied and happy. We both worked together and got everything resolved to both our liking. I think we were both pleased with the result. I will be shopping with Colorado Craft Company in the future.

This was my very first order that I had put in with 3C. Their products are just too cute. And due to postal delays in Australia with to the current pandemic and the lockdown in Sydney and Melbourne, I received the package in about 5 weeks but the delay was due to it being held up in Sydney for almost 3 weeks. I couldnt wait to start creating cards with these beautiful stamps. Thanks to Lor for following up and tracking my package - such wonderful and caring service. Thanks to Daniel from Del and Artie for the inspirational videos. I am very new to stamping and colouring and Daniel has helped me achieve what I have been able to do with these paintings to be converted into cards shortly. I have now placed my second order with the buy 2 and get 1 free stamp discount which was very tempting and patiently waiting its delivery now. I just had a horrible experience with this company, it's really gone downhill. Despite what they posted below about how they are always happy to have me as a customer, apparently they no longer want me to spend money on them. It took nearly 10 days to receive an order from them. They took 8 days to ship. I live about an hour away. Then when I received the order, it was wrong. I received several rude emails from one of the owners, and they are no longer grateful to have me. I guess I wasted hundreds of dollars. My fault.

If you are ordering from them, beware.

Hands down my favorite when it comes to quality, unique, stamps. The company is USA-based, and provides phenomenal customer service and fast shipping!

Love this company . . . their products are great. Their service is even better. My orders come quickly and always are correct. Sometimes they send free products. If I ever have a question, like I've mistakenly ordered two of something, they are wonderful about fixing it quickly.
