Must go in Pagosa Springs! We came down to the Springs on a little getaway and saw Meander’s on the map and based on the menu and reviews we had to try. Absolutely amazing experience! All of the staff was so kind and welcoming. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs and know their menu inside out! We ordered a winter sangria, the pork belly as a starter, the scallops and short rib as out mains and the toffee cake and olive oil ice cream as dessert. Everything was phenomenal! A true culinary experience of unique flavors! Will definitely return when I am back down in the springs!

We went to Pagosa Springs for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. Stumbled upon this restaurant & after checking out the menu & reviews, we had to try it. Did not disappoint!! Upon entering, the hostess who we later found out is the owner asked if we were celebrating. They brought us complementary champagne for the whole table. We started off with Brussel sprouts and potatoes. I’m not a Brussel sprouts fan but these are burst of flavor in your mouth. Both apps were great. For entrees, we ordered the Duck Confetti, Braised Beef Short Rib, & Scallops. All of these entrees were great in presentation, size, & especially taste. For desert we ordered the toffee cake, which this was okay. The drinks were amazing as well. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Pagosa Springs.
Do yourself a favor & go eat here!! 10/10!!

Some may say food is overrated. Our fish dish is overcooked and they are very kind to take it back.
We are pleasantly that the Rabbit dish turns out well for its tenderness.
Steak itself is good and I recommend you to request the complex sauce/dressing to be served on the side.
Finally we are seated indoor with the sunlight on our faces so some of us have to wear our shades to eat ?

The service was lovely, our waitress Sarah was so attentive, informative & friendly.

The food was served quickly - we appreciated the unique flavors & intentional menu. The wine list is fabulous.

We got the Dutch pancake, the harrow pear salad, the kung poa cauliflower & the fingerling potatoes. I recommend all of those items - especially the Dutch pancake!!!!! Wow!!! We will definitely be coming back to try more things on the menu + see what new Dutch pancake the chef comes up with!

Also - the homemade ice cream…… was amazing.

Best meal i have eaten out. Farm to table and everything is made fresh. I have a restricted diet, and the waiter and chef modified a meal. It was amazing and creative. Beautiful view when you sit outside. They even provided blankets since it was chilly. Highly recommend this place.

Overall I would give this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5. Very good experience. Food was great! I had the steak my husband Rabbit. Our waiter was pleasant. I was dissapointed they did not have house ketchup or ranch. I was told they don't carry regular and did not have house substitutes. For my fries ? then I was also given a butter knife for my steak. I asked for a steak knife and was given one. It was our anniversary I think overall it is a good restaurant. Some details such as those I mentioned were missed. I would return perhaps not for a special dinner.

Wife and I took a road trip to celebrate birthdays and our anniversary. While traveling we stayed the night in Pegosa Springs and ended up making reservations here. This place was amazing! The food was so good.

Ordered steak with succatash. If that's ever on the menu I highly recommend it. Super flavorable. The dessert was really good too.

Service was amazing, everyone was very nice.
Ordered beef broccoli and it looked nothing like the pictures I've seen on other peoples reviews it kind of looked like they ran out of broccoli and just chopped up left over and served it; also extremely salty and overly seasoned.
But the chicken shawarma was pretty amazing.
