Stopped in here while wandering through Palisade and had a wonderful time. There were so many choices on the tasting menu and the cost was very reasonable. We picked up some cheese and meats to enjoy sitting outside with our wines. Staff was very friendly and shared lots of information about the winery with us.

A must-visit anytime you're in the area. This family owned and operated winery offers a broad array of unique, full and balanced flavors in their wines. You can taste the love and care that goes into their art. I have been visiting every chance I get and never leave without some new exciting wine to share with friends. It's gotten to the point that my friends all request something from Colorado Cellars whenever I'm in town. Don't miss this one on your tour of tastings; it's truly special.

Really enjoyed the tasting and to walk around the property. We biked here and ended up buying two bottles. The wine is terrific. They also make mead and have their own hives. Make sure to stop in. PS. The door says to ring the bell but it’s probably unlocked.

Colorado Cellars — an original Palisade family winery — is definitely our very favorite Palisade winery. We LOVED ❤️ the superb quality of Colorado Cellars’ many fruit wines and we greatly appreciated the fact that this is a small family run winery. We enjoyed two wonderful visits at Colorado Cellars during our Palisade stay and we cannot wait to return here again.

We didn’t enjoy our time here. There were no descriptions of the wine either verbally (preferred) or in writing. None of my group enjoyed the tasting or the wine we tried. Staff was very nice. Tasting fee reasonable.

For being the oldest winery in palisade I was quite disappointed. No flavor very sweet and odd interior decor. The wines were no competition for surrounding wineries.
Order a tasting and want some water between each wine? Prepare to fork out a dollar for a water bottle.
Also they pulled out a random faberware full of pretzels that the public has put their hands in.

I really liked this place. 'Cellars' has a huge list of wines, fruit wines and even a couple of meads.
Their tasting room has a healthy array of gifts with some wonderful glassware.
Definitely recommended.

Love, love, love this winery. We did a wine tasting and I loved so many of their wines it was hard to choose. I ended up buying 3 bottles of wine, wishing I could purchase more. Also buy the candy it is amazing.
