Showed up at 6:40pm to check in for our 7pm show. After they scanned in my ticket I didn't see another worker until 7:33pm, girl had no idea what the wait was, said she was waiting to hear from her manager. She finally let us in and most of the lights were out. Such a disappointment! No refunds aloud per terms and conditions.

It's better than last year. Although the some of the lights are out and not perfect and the same 5 songs repeat. You'll hear them all about 3 times. We just played our own Halloween music in our car after 2 times. It's much longer than last year. My 3 kids loved it. I had leftover glasses from last year that we shared. Looks extra cool with the glasses but ppl with motion sickness do not use them pls. Paid $30 with the early bird discount. Look for discounts from the radio stations before buying them. The service fees are high.

We do this every year!! This time the distance is much more longer than every time! We took about 30 mins to finish the route. Amazing, my cat really love to see these lights.

Beware, only attend if you have incredible patience. I would not recommend paying money for this. Instead check out the Magic of the Jack-o’-lantern event in Denver.

We arrived for the 7pm time slot and had to wait just about an hour to even begin to drive through. You’re just expected to sit in a gridlocked parking lot with nothing to do until your row is checked in and allowed to begin. The event was way oversold and understaffed. For $35 with early bird promo and fees it was not worth it.

There are plenty of signs that state the mph to drive through and to turn off your headlights. Many people are too incompetent to understand those very simple things and ruined the experience by leaving their headlights on, constantly stopping to get out of the car to take a photo of their kid hanging out of the sunroof or to take a picture of the lights. Because of this traffic jams were created during an event where you simply drive through it.

I do not recommend spending your money and evening at this event.
