Walked in to just look around and get some inspiration. Met a wonderful employee named Jesse who showed me around the store and all they had to offer. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Definitely would come back to talk to her.

I like this location because the employees make it more like a normal shopping experience anywhere else. Much better than the Manchester store where they inspect (judge) everything you’re trying to buy for a few seconds before scanning it and want to see practically every card in your wallet. Feels like you’re being interrogated by the FBI.

Do NOT shop at VIP in CT unless you want to be disappointed...

I bought a pair of $100 boots at VIP. They disintegrated after the first time I wore them. The manager of the store told me she couldn't do anything about it, to email the owner. So I did. And she never even replied to my email.

Very bad customer service and worse products. Cheap clothing, toys that break, and shoes that look like trash after wearing them for one hour.

These people are AWESOME! I love the atmosphere! Woman came over and welcomed us and showed us every part of the store and where each section was! If you just turned 18 and need a place to look for adult toys, this is it!!

Very good return trip. Very well stocked with almost anything you could need. Prices are high but anything in this industry is highly overpriced. Super helpful staff. There is something to be said for a place of this ill being as well lit and open as this store is. We go of team and always find what we need.
