I shop here at madras in west hartford which is not far from my house the supervisor acts weird around me I feel uncomfortable when shopping there many things have happen to me there really bad moments with these people I went shopping for fall clothing and I decided to buy some rings the box had sticker prices on it it had $1.00 sticker prices she grabbed it and stated "oh the whole box is not for a $1 it's the original price which is $3.99 so I bought 2 for a $1 first of all I have rings that are real and second of all she acted like I was going to steal it I didn't say anything to them because it would had gotten havoc so I kept my mouth shut I'm not going to argue with them it's a waste of saliva and time they don't know how to talk to the customers they have no education because if they did they wouldn't act like that poor management and no customer service skills at all

I bought some pink pants, and the pants were ripped and I went to the store today, August 3, 2024, with the objective of being able to resolve the situation. When I arrived at the store, I explained to the manager what had happened, and she treated me very badly without mercy. Out of nowhere, she got nervous and started raising her voice, screaming like a crazy woman. She wasn't there to solve my problem. She just came there to humiliate me, just because of $4 dollars. Very sad. I know this message will reach you. You have to know how to work. You are very unfriendly and unprofessional. I advise the people responsible for this store in West Hartford (Madrag) to observe this lady's behavior there carefully. She is very unbalanced and people like that cannot be in this type of business. I advise you to use the store's cameras to see how she treats people. I am not the only one to be a victim of this narcissist. who thinks he has the right to humiliate customers without first analyzing the situation.

They store is horrible when it comes to getting your money back. How you say you have 14 days to return get your money back but when you do come only store credit people work hard if something doesn’t fit or makes you feel good you should get your money back without no problem within the 14 days

I was recently shopping at this location, found super good deals, that’s why I am rating a 3 but during this visit, Jay( Manager) here was super rude and unprofessional. Young mindset, tried to engage in a argument about something either she or another individual done, Mix matched shoes in a box, the sizes were different, once I made it known to her, She almost immediately began to give me a attitude, I told her I thought she was being rude and then for what? I was Questioning why There was two different sizes of shoes that were marked final sale, btw, which means once purchased you won’t be able to return.. Mixed up in the box…Anyhow common sense should’ve kicked in or even the moral side of her but nope straight ghetto and unprofessional, And they ( Whomever) had the audacity to give this chick a manager role, I would seriously be rethinking this… Customer service should be within and then put into practice while dealing with the public.
