Went to exchange 2 pairs of jeans I purchased online for the same style and color, but different size, since the online jeans did not fit. I was told the jeans Gap sells online are not the EXACT jeans that are sold in their stores, and therefore could not exchange, but only refund. So frustrating and ridiculous. Gap prices on THEIR website are much cheaper than in THEIR actual stores. I will never again buy GAP online. This store should honor exchanges from online. It’s the SAME company !!

I love gap and always buy from there. This blackfriday I bought bunch if clothes for my son. One of the pants shrunk tremendously after one wash. I do want to emphasize here I followed all the directions for washing. I went to the store to report the problem and my respectful request was turned down by a rude manager. He told me shrinking is a risk that you should be ready to take when you but cloths. He told me he can give me extra discount on other things I want to buy. But why would i buy anything from such a rude place? I loved gap so far but they need polite understanding people. All I was to him was polite and he was being obnoxious. I did tell him again and again that why did I come back with only one piece when I bought 10 other pieces. According to him it wasn't fair to the business if he gave me a refund on the pants which shrunk by two sizes after one wash. I asked him how it was fair to me? He insisted that I should buy something else to get extra discount. So I should buy things I don't need?
He ask me to call customer services where I was on hold for 30+ minutes and I finally put down the phone.

The basics made better. I count on the Gap for staples like Jean's and shorts, they last forever and with all the sales they have the prices are reasonable. If they don't have your size in stock they will ship it to your house for free. The selection at the Westfarms Gap is better than some of the other locations around the area.

Terrific! Gap has always been one of my favorite stores, high quality clothing and great prices. Amazing staff who gives the quality service I've grown to love and appreciate over the years!

What happened to customer service? I use to shop at this gap years ago.. Some things are still the same.. They will follow u around the store and stay on their walkie talkies when u are from African decent.. Racist store in the mall!!!

The selection for toddler boy was very little. I was also told if I purchase online at gap factory I can not return items to the store. Which I was very confused and upset about.
