The cookies are delicious, and I love that they sell milk along with it. I do wish they offered all the flavors all year around. I mostly went to try the Nutella sea salt, only to be told it wasn't available. The cookies are still good and gooey. Definitely need a cup of milk with them

Updated Review (January 2025):
This location has been open for roughly 9 months and I've never been disappointed by a visit. Haven't been able to visit in awhile, but I received a warm welcome today and cookies were perfect per usual.

Original Review (April 2024):
I've gone twice (edit: four times!) since Chip City's opening and have been very happy with my experiences. Cookies are big and dense. They weigh more than Crumbl's. They're crispy on the outside and soft and thick on the inside. I heard an employee mention that fresh ones are baked hourly. All my cookies have been deliciously warm. It seems like several of the flavors are swapped every week. I noticed 3 were the same between my two visits (edit: cookies & cream and s'mores have been there every time I've gone, the rest have rotated). Very different from Crumbl's style of cookie and I love it - more like a traditional cookie where Crumbl's can be more cakey. They have chairs if you want to stay and eat (also unlike Crumbl) which is appreciated. Not a big location, but it's clean and well decorated. Will definitely return.

This place is great for desserts!!. My kids asked me every day to go back here. We love ot here. The cookies are soft and warm and not to mention fresh. The ice-cream is so tasty with the cookies. Don't forget to stob by here!!

Really cute cookie shop with lots of variety! I got the thin cookie version of their classic chocolate chip and a regular (thick cookie) version of their triple chocolate — a special that day. The cookies seem to be baked fresh that day, but were not as warm and gooey as I’d hoped they’d be. I saved the triple chocolate cookie because even the thin cookie was filling and the regular is just straight massive.

I am a big fan of Crumbl Cookie, but today I was gifted cookies from Chip City, my first time trying it….. both hands down, they are amazingly delicious and Crumbl is no longer my favorite. Wow, wow, wow, Chip City blew me away!!!

The cookies are good! They are nice and warm, crispy on the edges, and soft and dense on the inside. If you don't like dense cookies you won't like these but I recommend with a nice glass of milk. The staff was nice and the place is small but it's cute.
