Let me edit this after two months of having the truck it started driving like crap and my husband is a nice guy. He brought it in they didn’t see a problem and let him go with it. This “pretty” truck has been a living nightmare and I’m scared to have our children in it.

We had a fantastic experience at family Ford. Our sales person Jorge was phenomenal and friendly, he made us feel like we were family and the sales manager. Billy was willing to work with us on price and there were a few things that the truck needed so those things got fixed before the truck left a lot. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone that needs a vehicle. My husband was driving a 2003 Ford, which was a great vehicle but he definitely needed an upgrade. We just happened to see this on carfax.com and we ran right over. My husband absolutely loves the truck , and so does the remainder of our family . There is five of us and two of our kids play hockey so there’s more than enough room in the bed of the truck for the hockey bags and sticks. Thank you for selling us this truck.

I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang GT (my first car) from Family Ford of Enfield, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The car was in excellent condition overall, with no major issues, aside from some minor interior damage which happens naturally for the age of the car—specifically, the leather door panel was coming loose and needed to be re-glued. I bought the car as-is, planning to fix that myself, but to my surprise, when I went to pick it up, the dealership had already re-glued the panel for me at no extra charge! The car looked absolutely spotless, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. The team at Family Ford made the buying process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future. Highly recommend!

I recently needed a frozen door lock repair for my F-150 that came under an extended warranty program. I got a prompt appointment date and Family Ford provided their service valet program from Enfield to Agawam. (Even though i did not buy my truck from them.) They even provided driver tracking to show me when their driver would arrive.
