Really good place. You have to wait in line for 2 hours. However, it’s worth the wait because you can see Santa, and you can watch the little kids enjoy themselves. And that picture was me on 12/15/2025

You need to go at night for full effect but it's worth it for the kids. Just have some warm clothes or a thermos with soup because there will be a line

This was amazing. Just like when I was a kid. My grandson loved it. Long waits in the cold just be prepared. Every group is about a 20 min. Wait so you can get an idea. They don’t rush the kids. Santa takes his time and there is a lot for little ones to take in.

Absolutely fantastic! My son loves seeing Santa, misses Claus and Santa's reindeer every year. It's wonderful to know there's a place to bring your children to see Santa outside the mall and outside the "norm".

Very cute activity for the kids! They have a big fire outside for when you wait in line. When you enter you are greeted by santa next to a nice warm fire. Next you see Mrs Claus, then some elves in their workshop, some actual reindeer. Then you can finish the night with some hot cocoa! Very fun and totally free! We definitely plan to come back. Would highly recommend. Just dress warm sometimes there's a line to get in.

well done, friendly staff. and free. maybe they should have a VIP line and charge the people complaining about the wait. theres def periods of the day/week theat arent as busy. cute, friendly. wish you could sit with mrs claus for pix too. santa was so friendly. thank you to the staff.

It was fun for our first time. But the line was incredibly long. Spent 1.5 hours in line for just 15 minutes acually inside seeing everything. Also cold to wait that long outside with young kids. Santa gave a gift to each of our 3 children. The elves in the workshop didn't speak, wave or even look like they were building toys which was disappointing. Overall it was pleasant.

This was my first time at Christmas Village in Torrington. CT. It was such a special and magical place. While waiting in line to get inside, could get free cups of Dunkin Donuts hot cocoa, which were delicious and much needed because it was sooo cold out that day! Inside the venue was magical! It was done so well and Santa (nicest Santa we saw ever) and Mrs. Claus, as well as the elves and all the workers were fantastic! ( : And outside are four real reindeer. Rudolph was alone in his pen (maybe his nose glowing bothers the other reindeer) and Dancer, Prancer, and Vixen were the other three reindeers all living together in the same pen. All were working with Santa the day we went! The best part is, it is totally free, but donations are accepted and probably hoped for, I would imagine to keep this beautiful venue up and running year after year! Definitely visit next year if you are in CT! Well worth the trip to Torrington to enjoy and visit all your favorite friends from the North Pole at Christmas Village! ( :
