This store is amazing. I always find something cute to buy, from casual wear to dresses for a special event. Their selection seems to change seasonally so it’s always nice popping in to see what new styles are in. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Emma and Christine went above and beyond to make sure a gift I was buying recently was wrapped beautifully to make it extra special. The store itself just has such a great vibe, it is truly a hidden gem and I really enjoy visiting every time.

This shop is a little hidden gem. Staff is beyond helpful, and it shows in their attention to their customers that they really love fashion and their shop. Can't ask for better. The clothing is rich looking at fair prices. I spent more than I should have, but I was so happy to find multiple pieces that look stylish and fit me well. Ty Red Door!

Hands down the BEST boutique I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping at! Every single time I walk in, it’s inevitable that I’m going to leave with something new…I just can’t help it! They have such an amazing collection of unique, high quality clothing pieces, and I always get so many compliments on everything I buy from here! The staff is also so sweet, and is always willing to help style you to perfection! A must stop in East Hampton for sure!

What a GEM!!! I HATE shopping. I do not enjoy it at all. And being super small, I'm seldom successful (which make it all the more unenjoyable/frustrating). I stopped into Red Door last-minute to try and find an outfit for a holiday party and it was, much to my surprise, such an amazing experience!! The ladies were sooooo helpful and not at all bothered by my pickiness. They found a gorgeous dress and cover up at a very reasonable price in record time. I did not have high hopes going into the store, but I gave it a shot and I am so glad I did. I will definitely be returning!!!

Be careful of the return policy. Never a cash refund and only 14- days to exchange for store credit. While I appreciate the challenges of retailers, this policy is far more stringent than almost any other retailer I’ve found. As a matter fact in today’s environment , many retailers have become more lenient with their policies, vs less.

For reference, I spent a substantial amount of money the last time I was there, purchasing dresses for weddings, and some seasonal work clothing. I’ve also often recommended Red Door to friends as almost a hidden gem and worth the trip. However, when I tried to return/exchange an unworn dress that I had bought amongst others for weddings, I was informed of their long-standing 14 day policy. I would never have expected a cash refund, because I was trying to return this 6-weeks later. Yes, a longer than usual time for me, but my time in recent weeks has been consumed by working full-time, traveling for work, traveling for weddings, and having an elderly parent requiring extra care after/during an extended hospitalization. I understand “buyer beware” and of course it’s my own fault but I didn’t read the fine print on a receipt. I’m not sure how many women out there to read the receipt every time they purchase clothing? If you have such a stringent policy, I would highly advise that your staff highlight that to anyone as they’re checking out. That was certainly not highlighted to me.

Not allowing use for store credit while still very much in the same season is a poor customer service policy and unlike most other retailers. I understand limitations of small businesses and have tried to support them whenever possible. I’m simply asking small business to understand the environment that we are in, often with limited time to make an extra trip for returns. The red door also has a very small space that is not private at all for trying on clothing and it’s often more comfortable to try on at home. That said, we should support business owners who value their customers time, as well as their own business objectives.

I’ve been going to Red Door for years and love that I can always find the perfect outfit for any event. More recently I had the most memorable experience with my daughter picking out a prom dress. The prom consultants go the extra mile to make the experience special. My daughter found the most amazing dress and we cannot wait to go back next year. Thank you!

You have to see this store. The items are so cool and beautiful from cool casual to dress to the nines. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And why not support small business!
