This store is happy to take your money, but never available to pick up your work when it's done. They don't honor the hours on their website, don't answer their phone, and simply leave the lights on and door locked with no sign of life or customer service. They don't seem to care about breaking kids' hearts as long as you pay in advance. Go literally anywhere else.

Came here while visiting Foxwoods for a Bachelorette Trip. The owners were so sweet, they were so helpful and patient as we were very indecisive at first. They let us pay for a couple pieces in advance as we didn’t have time the first night. When we went back the next day we had a great time painting, the owners made great suggestions and were very helpful and kind. They even gave us a special commemorative plate that we all signed and they painted a beautiful design on for us. Overall a really great experience. I highly recommend this place!

Really poor customer service when it comes to having ceramics being mailed home.

I was there on August 12th and the women had originally told me I could pick up my ceramics the next day in the afternoon since they fire the glaze “next day”. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to because of my travel plans so opted to have it shipped.

After about a month I finally called the store to ask for a Tracking number to see where my order was, they didn’t even ship it yet! I was told it’d be out in the mail that following Monday. I also tried messaging them twice on instagram, which they read my messages(it shows that they did also they requested to follow me) asking them for a tracking number and they didn’t respond. I FINALLY received my ceramics today, Sept. 16th.

Prior to even painting the ceramics I knew they would be an issue as not only did they not open on time, but while I was there the owner received multiple phone calls from customers asking about their orders. AND a women came in angry that her son had tried to pick up his stuff one day but they had apparently closed early to which the owner denied those claims.

So if you want your ceramics in a timely manner I’d suggest picking them up in person or expect to wait a month to receive them. I should have disputed the charge on my cc but didn’t want to risk them not shipping out my order as my daughter was so anxious to receive hers.

Like many others have said. Went during their supposed open business hours, no one was present, came back 2hrs later after walking around and no one was there. There was evidence of someone being there via a soda bottle so…
Phone doesn’t work or no one is in the store to pick it up.
Maybe business hours should be updated or have a sign if someone decides to take a 2hr lunch break….

Had a wonderful time here painting my fairy house! The owners are so friendly and helpful. Had a few laughs and overall a very enjoyable time! Be sure to understand how firing times work. If you go later in the day it won’t be ready to fire the same day. If you are not local, you can have it shipped home if you must leave before it’s ready. The lady bug and fairy were mine. Fairy I bought on Etsy. Don’t remember where I got the lady bug but it is a bead. I highly recommend this place. Miss Chris has many tools and she can instruct you so that your project is absolutely perfect!

Painted a ceramic with my 4 year old. They promised to ship. I paid for shipping. They kept my money and never shipped. Horrible humans. They let my kid down. Look at the other reviews. Many people report the same nonsense. Avoid them.

Wonderful experience! Owners, Kris and Wayne, were beyond helpful and kind making our time both relaxing and fun. From glaze colors to techniques, they assisted every step of the way. The creative, positive and low key vibe made for a fantastic family activity. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

I’ve heard great things about this place and I’ve wanted to try it for some time. My daughter asked to have a birthday celebration there and for the past 3 months I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone to ask about pricing and details. Each time I have gone there including with my family the doors are locked. I’ve called numerous times and it just hangs up after a while.
