The tour guide was awesome and shared some really cool history and the tour was the best Ive been on. You don’t have to believe in ghosts to enjoy this, although I do have a picture of something I can’t explain from this.

I thoroughly enjoyed my downtown Mystic tour! The tour guide, Kim, was phenomenal. She was friendly, funny, and a great story teller. She stuck around afterwards to show us some pictures from previous tours. She was happy to answer any questions. We had a couple “drunk” interactions and she handled them like a pro. I highly recommend this tour. You won’t be disappointed!

My fiancee and I attended the Ghosts of Christmas Past Tour on 12/7/24. Jason did an excellent job leading the tour and providing a rich and detailed history of all the stops. We were never bored and thought this tour went at a good pace. We are excited to try other tours with Seaside Shadows!

I wanted to reach out and leave a very direct review for our tour guide Kim. Our tour was on 12/20/2024 at 0700PM for Christmas Past Mystic Downtown Stroll.
My family of four was visiting Connecticut for the first time. We had a whole itinerary of fun things planned - including our Ghosts of Christmas Past Tour. Turned out that 12/20/2024, the night of our 0700PM tour, was one of the coldest nights of the year for Mystic. My two daughters, ages 11 and 12, had never before done a ghost tour. A freezing night for four Floridians, at 0700PM, with two pre-teen kids that had never done one of these before can make for a rough outing for any tour guide - but Kim absolutely rocked it! She greeted us prior to the start of the tour, gave us some good tips on where to warm up quick and get some hot chocolate. She immediately engaged not just my daughters but the entire shivering crowd - keeping our minds on her great story-telling and not the cold. She entwined the perfect amount of suspense, scare, and comedy into each and every story to keep us wanting more. At the end of the tour she even stuck around after to chat about some of her own experiences - and listened graciously as my daughters talked about their experiences. Kim even walked us back toward our car to make sure we didn't get lost. She went above and beyond with our entire group, and specifically my family. I am very thankful for how extra special she made our vacation and that night. She is one of a kind! Give that woman a raise, or at least some Hot Hands or extra gloves for those ice-cold nights. Thanks!

We took the Downtown Mystic Ghost Tour last night and loved our experience! Sierra was a great guide, very enthusiastic story teller and even shared photographic evidence of the ghosts from one of her stories told on the tour! This is a great way to not only learn the history of the beautiful town of Mystic but also find restaurants and other places you might not have found otherwise!

I was really excited for this downtown ghosts of Christmas mystic tour as i have on been on others that I've really loved in the Seaport. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. Our tour guide was super nice but hard to hear with the big group, even with his microphone. It did not seem Christmas themed, rather just long rambling about random stories.
