I was able to go during the first week opening, And me and my girlfriend had a great time! It's so nice to be able to get that haunted house experience all year round , Helps take the edge off lol! They did an amazing job with lighting and fog , The props are awesome , Lots of really high tech animatronics. I purchased a very cute skeleton candelabra and a mini Zoltar machine! Also one of the most important things, is the people who were running it, were very nice ! I hope this place continues to stay in business for a very long time!

I was very surprised by the layout of the store. I thought it was going to be your normal spirit Halloween vibe, but I was wrong. This place is like walking through a haunted attraction in the fall time. Joe, the owner loves it and you can tell by the store! Tons and tons of special effects and bloody Gore for everybody worth the hour plus drive! Definitely be back in October!

Special ordered cemetery gates from Haunted Props for Halloween 2019. Awesome work and exceeded my expectations! This is the first year I used my Haunted mansion facade and these gates absolutely tied everything together for a complete haunted house look.

I have ordered small pieces from this site and the owner "Joe" is always wonderful. I tried to the order the "Animated Ferris Wheel 72-inch" prop last year, but the train in China or something got stuck per Joe and my shipment would not make it for Halloween nor was it guaranteed. Things happen, but he offered to send me multiple alternative props and/or a refund. Since I already had most of the clown props he could substitute I went for a refund which was processed quickly, but Joe is such a sweetheart and very down to earth man and business owner. He always followed up with me via emails and phone calls and as a one man show that is customer service beyond expectations since nowadays accountability for businesses has fallen horrendously. I highly recommend Haunted Props!

Joe, just give me an honest date when you are shipping my alien then ship it! Order 12294
When I called Joe on 3/23 to ask him a question, he warned me that it will take 2 weeks to ship. On 3/23 I ordered my alien. As of today, 5/28 my Alien has not shipped. While Joe has been kind and apologetic and even offered me a discount, the fact of the matter is that he has given me 3 different ship dates and still has not shipped. I have sent emails but they still remain unanswered. Joe, I understand you are having mold cracking issues but you said the new porcelain mold would solve this problem. You also stated last on 5/18 that mine would certainly ship by the end of the week. That would have been 5/21. When Joe, when? When Joe, When?
