My secret place away from New London when I want fresh,tasty, good food. They sell soups,baked goods,sandwiches,wraps, and homestyle frozen meals, among other things. You can eat in or take out. If you're in the area or better still get in your car and take a ride to this place, you will be very satisfied!!

This is an amazing little Gem of a place! They sell way too many amazing things to put it all down here but let me say this, if you like good backed goods you will not regret this stop!! They also are caring people who help their community!!

The sandwiches are great but the wait is ridiculous. Avoid this place. Just know that if you order online you go to the back of the line versus people who are in the store so you might wait an hour while someone else orders 40 minutes after you waits just 10 minutes. This is not posted on the website.

Don't bother coming here, find some other place with decent sandwiches.

**Go to Masa over at The Mill instead, better food and attitude.

The only reason this place gets a 1 is because the bread was deceit.
I passed this market a few times and it looked interesting, so we decided to stop for lunch. What a mistake!! The shop at first glance seemed like a good place for a quick lunch. I ordered a Chicken Parmesan sandwich/grinder. If they had only remembered to add the chicken it may have been good. They literally sprinkled chicken chucks across the roll topped it with sauce and cheese. My first bite had NO chicken. I took another bite I think I tasted chicken. At this point I opened my roll only to be able to count the cubed chicken pieces on both my hands!! It was beyond disappointing!! The Toffee Cookie that was purchased at the time of the lunch was just as disappointing as it tasted like a day old product!!! Don’t waste your money.
I emailed the store to see if they had any comments but crickets!!

Disappointing. The Food was not crispy as advertised for the Crispy Cauliflower burrito, it was soggy and slimy on the outside and dry and gummy on the inside.
My wife had a smoked ham salad which was ok but basically a ham and Swiss rolls salad. Coffee was good.

We had this awesome butterscotch cheesecake at a restaurant and was told it was made at Mystic Market East. We were so excited to find out we could buy it not at the restaurant. So we were excited and couldn't wait to go. We arrive and our excitement quickly fizzled when ny boyfriend's wheelchair couldn't access the market. Absolutely nothing worse than a place not accessible to everyone. So he had to wait in the car while I went in. So disappointing.but for able bodied no disabilities people it had a coffee bar, dessert section, prepared meal section, deli and variety of different kinds of salad,pasta salad etc... Also had a little section of grocery items. I grabbed the butterscotch cheesecake but it looks nothing like the cheesecake at the restaurant and because it has choc and im allergic I couldn't even get a piece. I had to settle for vanilla cheesecake with cherries. Just disappointed but it is what it is. Went on a Saturday and the traffic was crazy and the market was crazy as well.
My new favorite grinder the Jammin turkey. Seriously so delicious. It comes on multi grain bread but I have it as a grinder. My favorite place for dessert and now jammin turkey

If you are looking for a quick meal this is NOT the place. Many employees roaming aimlessly but their customer service is terrible. I ordered online and received an email at 12:13, estimated time was 30 to 35 minutes. Arrived at 12:45; my name, flashing red, was first in line on the order screen. Stood there and watched 3 orders go out, 2 in-store orders and 1 online, placed after me. At 12:50 I watched an employee remove my order from the board then roam away from the sandwich making station. Stood there for another 5+ minutes before I finally got an employee’s attention, they asked for the name on the order. Another employee, from the sandwich line, turned around, picked my sandwiches up off the counter and called my name…I have NO idea how long they’d been sitting there. Total wait time of over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches, employee attitudes are not good, food was good but not outstanding in any way, hard to give more than 2 stars.
