I WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!

I went to the Mystic Ice Imports on 12/18 to look for some crystals to give to my coworkers for Christmas. The guy that was there (didn't get his name) didn't know that they had a new shipment of crystals in the shapes of a tarantula, minions, snakes, etc. We were both going through them together and having so much fun finding the new shapes. It was awesome! Then I came back in on 12/19 because I didn't grab enough Tigers eye moons and I needed 6 more. I found 5 on my own then asked Talia if she had an empty bowl so I could transfer them in order to get to the bottom of the pile. She helped me look and found the very last one they had!! It was so much fun! The energy in this store is amazing and they are so personable. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! <3<3<3

Ice Imports is an amazing little shop in Mystic, CT. where you can find a multitude of interesting & pretty cool things to check out such as crystals, gemstones, jewelry, etc., and more importantly, the SWORDS!!! (According to my grandson).
From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by staff making you feel comfortable. Everyone is so helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and there to help you. I’ve been there many times, most recently with my family visiting from Georgia over the Thanksgiving break. The store was packed yet staff was attentive and right there helping you. Saturday, 12/7/24 was no different. I was on a mission and went back especially to pick up a Christmas gift for my grandson who was in awe of one of the (pretty cool) swords being displayed during his visit… Because of the incredibly generous and kind owner, I walked out of there with two. Sir, you are a good person.. “every act of kindness has a positive impact.”
An interesting little shop to find something unique, and if you’ve never been, I suggest you go. I will be back again for something for myself next time.

This is my fourth visit, every time a relative of mine comes from Puerto Rico I take them because they are fans of everything the store has, they are impressive items, and I have to say their prices are fabulous, the store is always clean, organized and smells great, this time I was attended by Talia (I don't know if it's written correctly) this girl gave us all the guidance we needed to know about both quartz and the rest, her service was so impressive and not so much that, she loves her job and shows it and expresses it in each conversation, her kindness and sweetness is wonderful, we didn't want to leave and she was already closing she told us to take your time I'm here for whatever you need and so it was, well I hope to meet her again on my next visit and no less important I congratulate the owners for hiring people with such excellent education and who know how to guide and treat a customer to buy. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

Went there today with my fiancé looking to get a sword for our wedding (it's part of the theme) not only did they help us find the perfect one but they helped us find a bunch of other items that we were looking for. Prices were great they had amazing attitudes, very kind and they even helped us get our stuff into the car. The 2 girls there were Amber and Angel. Just want to say thank you for all your help and hope to see you again some time soon.

Awesome store with lots of cool things from dream catchers to gems, jewelry to collectibles. I got myself a pretty magnetic anklet. The workers were knowledgeable and friendly. Great store to check out!!! 100% recommend.

Collin and Alayna are amazing! Best customer service. Great merchandise. Come every year on our annual visit to Mystic. We always stock up on stones and bracelets. Great selection of swords as well.

My family and I visited the store for the first time on February 8th. We were served by Thalia, I don't know if I spelled her name right. Thalia was super attentive and friendly. It was a very good experience. You can tell that she loves her job. Thank you Thalia for helping us with all our doubts and questions, you are so sweet. We will definitely be back when we go on vacation again.

The staff that helped me were extremely helpful and kind. Made me feel like I was welcome and even let me try on the infinity gauntlet! Shout out to the woman who helped me she knows her knives!
