Wish I knew who their credit card processors was I’m sure they would love to know how they force people to spend at least $10 or will not accept card payments! The owner pretends to be someone else when I called him out on this….figures! I worked for a processing company for years & unless things have dramatically changed highly doubtful then this is such a breach of their contract! I’m so sick of these places charging people extra just because I want to use my card or not accepting my card at all because I don’t want to spend more! They have no problem agreeing to terms to be able to accept credit cards but take it out on their customers because they don’t want to pay the .25 or .30 yes .25 or .30 to run a card smfh

Been coming here for quite sometime with the new manager. Have even given this man months to see if maybe he was just having a bad day. Went in mornings(I work late), afternoons and evenings. He is just rude. Not just serious rude he is VERY VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Treats a lot of his costumers so badly. If you HAVE to stop here and make sure you have EXACT cash. He will not take any debit purchases under 10 dollars, and still gets mad if the purchase is EXACLY $10 in debit. Not even giving him $2 extra for the trouble he will still treat you very very poorly. It does not matter if you have been going there for over 6 months. He is just plain rude. Makes people feel like they are not wanted there. He is mostly the one always there and rarely has other workers, he is a middle eastern,skinny older man. You want great service, there are other middle eastern own stores near by, I would suggest Mr. PARISH on South Street next to the Chinese place. Would give zero 🌟 but I had to give one in order to leave a review... the service over a year ago was way more pleasent.

Wasn't the absolute worst package store experience ive had, but didn't appreciate the way the manager interacted with me--was pretty annoyed for just trying2 get 1 simple, common item, again not the worst or most unprofessional, but way to much of a bother still to wanna evr go back so don't think I'll b returning when there r plenty of othr stores that not only have better selection but better customer service.

Location is corner of Stanley and South St.,New Britain,it's a somewhat popular little plaza,Get some Chinese food,do your laundry,go pray at the church,or go to this package store,nice people to do business with all around here.

Friendly atmosphere and courteous to people coming in for a few pops or lottery,not usually a wait like other packys, parking is limited so be ready.
