We decided to purchase our new living room set from La-Z-Boy because of the quality of their products. We wanted something that would look beautiful and withstand daily use over time. We loved that the salesperson helped answer our questions but didn't hoover, giving us the time and space to browse and decide which options worked for us. A bonus was working with their designer, Lily, who was patient and encouraging as she used the 3D model to show us what the space would look like. The time spent with Lily made us more confident that our room will look beautiful. We highly recommend them.

Our salesperson was awesome. She wasn’t at all pushy (if she had been, we would have left immediately). She was also very knowledgeable and made suggestions based on our input.

We were also impressed with the selection available, though a bit disappointed that they had nothing in the style we eventually picked (based on online reviews and sales recommendations).

They were also much more expensive than anywhere else we looked - though that’s not a knock, simply a fact. We’ve never purchased any Lazyboy products in the past but based on their reputation, we expect our purchase to last many years.

Overall, we would definitely return and recommend them to others.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable as she explained everything and a answered all my questions. The recliner is perfect for our needs and extremely comfortable. Went there looking for a sectional and some help designing our living room. Found a great comfy couch that we love and Lili the designer did a great job helping us through the proCess. Very happy with our new living room

I went in to buy a specific recliner, the Pinnacle. I love that chair but to get the special leather I really liked was more than I wanted to spend. Michele the sales person was very patient as I walked around the store for 30 minutes trying every chair asking about different prices. She even worked up some quotes for me. I eventually purchased another chair which was very nice and more in my budget. The only negative about shopping at Lazy Boy is your cannot offer to pick up the chair. They charge you $100 for delivery and you have no choice. So when you shop there just add $100 to everything you look at. It is a horrible policy that you cannot opt out of.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you that we were very pleased with our experience. My husband & I don’t always agree on furnishings but with the help of our salesperson, Michelle, we actually found 2 sets that we both liked and had to flip a coin. Michelle was a huge help finding the options we wanted and answering all of our questions. She’s a keeper!

Really nice store. Beware, signs are all over the store that say 30% off EVERYTHING….. that’s not including clearance. I think I’d have purchased my clearance chair regardless, however I think the signs should say except clearance. I was kinda surprised that no one knew if furniture was scotch guarded. Nice young personable salesman.
