Mike’s team here at Gallagher GMC is top notch. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, this is the place to do so. I called on a Monday morning with a very specific vehicle with specs exactly how I wanted. They were able to source the vehicle, inspect it, detail it, & get all paperwork done for me to drive out of the lot on that following Wednesday. (48 hours) Mike, Andrea, & Ty were extremely communicative & a pleasure to work with as well. They have definitely won a customer out of me who will be looking to purchase more fleet vehicles in the future. Surely looking forward to more awesome experiences here at Gallagher GMC. Couldn’t be happier with my new truck, thank you guys!

I setup an appointment beforehand with Andrea which I gave her specifics as to what type of truck I was interested in. Within minutes she responded back with 3 in stock trucks that met my criteria and were available to see/test drive on the lot. When I arrived for the appointment, she was extremely courteous and made sure myself and family (wife and 2 sons) were comfortable. After viewing the trucks, I took 1 for a test drive and fell in love with it. I ended up buying this truck and I'll say the time spent at the dealership was great! Andrea walked me through all the bells and whistles of the new truck and made sure I was confident with all its features. The finance manager Ty was awesome too! Great side conversations with myself, wife and my 2 sons, talking about basketball and other things in life. The experience went by so fast that it didn't feel like that dragged out dealership feel. Everything went great and I would highly recommend Gallagher GMC in New Britain! Also, i will be going there for any maintenance, oil changes, accessories, etc. Great crew!

Mike was awesome. Was recommended by a co worker and loved every minute of the experience. People were very nice and accommodating. Walked out with a new truck that same day. A+
Service Dept needs some work. $190 oil change and nothing was done. No fluids topped off and light not reset. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this issue here.

I have been a steady customer for several years. I recently had my vehicle serviced for a oil change which cost me almost double....$135. They did not top off any of my other fluids including my power steering which I found low when I got home. None of my grease fittings where even touched. I will never go back. It really saddens me that their service has gone bad. Use to be a great place.

Appointment made online for the following day, check engine light was on. Received confirmation phone call that night. Dropped vehicle off first thing in the AM. Vehicle sat all day without being looked at. Received a phone call around 3 pm stating they " couldn't get to it" because they were down 3 technicians. Vehicle sat overnight and was looked at on Friday. Received a phone call late Friday stating Vehicle now wouldn't start, and would be there over the weekend. Received a call Monday morning around 930 am stating Vehicle was "all set". Come to find out the battery had died and they did nothing about it until Monday morning. Over the next few days, the check engine light came back on. Brought Vehicle elsewhere to find out the battery (4 years old) needed to be replaced. Gallagher did a poor job diagnosing the problem. Also come to find out Gallagher doesn't accept my extended warranty company. I will not go back to Gallagher for anything, including purchasing a new vehicle.
