The Westfarms mall location is the one that I usually go to. This is the first time I've gone during the "holiday season." They set up some inefficient system. You have to order from the cashier, then they go get the stuff you ordered. This is absolutely my fault that I didn't audit the receipt vs what was put in my bag. They didn't match up. The person taking my order must have wrote things wrong.

I've been going to Munson's in Bolton for over 30 years. When I was browsing the Westfarms Mall, I was pleased to find a Munson's chocolates within. This is a fantastic location near Nordstroms. Not only was the chocolate better than ever, but the workers were fast and efficient, and Tessa was courteous and friendly; qualities that are often missing from retail associates today. I highly recommend Munson's Chocolates and this location, in particular.

twice now ive come in and was not able to buy anything.
store hours not accurate, and they where not able to figure out how to take a mobile payment. The worker had no idea what to do or why it was not working and just kept looking around for about 5 mins making it awkward. i asked for someone else like a managers help and the worker refused and said it would be the same thing yet they had no idea why it was not working when i asked if the machine is down. No longer recommending this location.

The greatest chocolate in the world! Went the day before Valentine's Day and they were busy... obviously. But the line moved quite fast. I ordered my chocolates and wanted more but the woman told me my box was full. I was a little sad. And when I got home and opened my box to dig into my yummy chocolates my box wasn't full. There was plenty of room for more chocolate. That was my only criticism. But I still give them 5 stars because their chocolate is amazing!!! If you have never tried it... you definitely need to put it on your bucket list! LOL

The chocolate is ok but the service is terrible.

My wife kindly asked for a sample of their not very cheap fudge before committing to a whole piece and was treated like she asked for their firstborn to be sacrificed.

She decided to get it anyway, but continuously got unfriendly responses to any questions she had and absolutely rude service.

...And it wasn't very good.
There are better options locally.
