This was my first time going into this store, and I have to say, I absolutely adore it. They have an amazing selection of fantastic candles, some awesome books, and no shortage of interesting items, I will definitely be returning here in the future. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they have an impressive supply of health and beauty products that definitely piqued my interest! Definitely a wonderful experience.

Me and my family love Anthropologie and we’ve been customers forever!! every time we go we spend good amount of money and maybe thats why I am so disappointed. This time I went to buy only a mask because the masks there are very comfortable. Unfortunately I felt forced to write this review to complain about the horrible customer service and bad attitude from the cashier. She treated me literally like I was a piece of sh&$... Lol I am literally still in shock.
After today I don’t think I’ll recommend anybody to go back to the westfarms mall location. If it helps it was on a Saturday around 6:30pm!

Walked into the store having just walked into the mall. The clerk said, "There is a mask mandate in the mall so we ask you to wear a mask." I had looked on the mall door before going in, and did not see anything. Based upon the clerk's comment, I assumed I missed it. We walked out, and spoke to police and mall security - no mall mask mandate! Security and police were not wearing masks. The Anthroplogie clerk just lied. If the store wants to have its own mandate, fine, but don't lie.

My girlfriend and I were pleasantly suprised with the selection of things besides clothing in here- candles, cooking utensils, furniture, and more! Everyone was helpful and seemed happy to be there as well, always a plus.
