Costumer service is horrible, very bad attitude in that bakery. My mother ordered my cake for my birthday, she specifically said she wanted it plain with no border. When she went to pick it up they put a gold border with the cake that did not match at all! They said “it looks better like that” when the recipe said only plain! They do not read recipe on how you want you’re cake! They only fix it how they want it and how good it looks to them! We had to fix everything at home, luckily it turned out great. Today is my cousins birthday, we went back to that bakery...they messed up not only once, but twice!! They did not read the recipe and added flowers, borders, etc. when we just wanted a plain white cake!🤦🏽‍♀️

El servicio al cliente es horrible, muy mala actitud en esa panadería. Mi madre ordenó mi pastel para mi cumpleaños, dijo específicamente que lo quería sencillo y sin bordes. ¡Cuando fue a recogerlo le pusieron un borde dorado con la tarta que no encajaba para nada! ¡Dijeron "se ve mejor así" cuando la receta decía simplemente simple! ¡No leen receta sobre cómo quieres que sea tu pastel! ¡Solo lo arreglan como lo quieren y lo bien que les queda! Tuvimos que arreglarlo todo en casa, por suerte salió genial. Hoy es el cumpleaños de mi primo, volvimos a esa panadería ... ¡¡se equivocaron no solo una vez, sino dos !! ¡No leyeron la receta y agregaron flores, bordes, etc. cuando solo queríamos un pastel blanco simple

Best cannoli cake I've ever tasted in my life. Young lady behind the counter was very friendly. And she made sure the birthday cake I ordered was securely boxed so it would look beautiful at the surprise birthday party I hosted for my mother.
