My first time was about a week ago. I met a nice lady named destiny and she was so kind to tell me what I should start with on the menu. I came back today because the food was fabulous. I am a foodie at a heart and let me tell you everything was 10 out of 10.

Destiny was my chef, & she did an OUTSTANDING job! Burger & smash tots were both fresh and hot! Super delicious, & she came out to ask how everything was! Great atmosphere and customer service!

Update:Came in like usual to get my grilled chicken sandwich with avocado to have the worker tell me that Smashburger has changed their menu and they no longer have that item. I felt like air deflating out of a balloon. So I got a burger, which was ok, over cooked not flavorful like the chicken sandwich. Def not a redo for me. So sad because I was loving smashburger and now itll be the last time I eat here. This time place was unkept and the manager was yelling at her staff because they couldn't keep up with the quanity of orders. Just wasn't a great ending to a place I loved.

We always eat at Wayback burger, but a friend was raving about Smash Burger, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived and a woman was cleaning, now that's my kind of place. Came in to the menu, have different varieties of burgers but also had chicken sandwiches. We ordered one burger and one chicken. You can order reg fries, smash burger fries, sweet potato fries, and i think tots, but we ordered regular. Got our number and waited at whatever table we chose. Wasn't long, and we got our food. Each was very flavorful, and I liked the bun it was on. Fries were hot and shoestring like. Saw again people cleaning and tidying up. There is nothing worse than a dirty restaurant. As we were leaving we were asked how we enjoyed our meals. We gave a thumbs up. Nothing went wrong. it was a perfect day.
Every time I come in, this guy Tanner goes over n beyond to make your experience comfortable. He asks for your order, then comes around and asks how everything is, and if you need something, he goes and gets it. Exceptional customer service. Has never happened anywhere I have gone. This is why I like coming here. This time, I got there again tasty chicken sandwich but added sweet potato fries. Yummy! Honestly, I don't know who the chef is, but a big thumbs up to them. Tasty every time I come in.

I had a double bacon Smashburger with Smash tots. You know you're eating a good burger when the flavor is so good that you don't want to cover it up with mustard and ketchup. I spoke with the cook, Shayne, after my meal and could tell that the employees here really care about the place. I would definitely recommend the Waterford Smashburger to anyone in the area.

Look, I don’t know if this was the best burger I’ve ever had, but it’s clearly a top 5. I came in on a Sunday and aeona and Destiney were working. The place was very clean, kinda empty too (surprisingly). And I don’t frequent smash burger, so I wasn’t sure they would have want I wanted. I got the double chicken smash burger, fries and milk shake. All were exactly what you would expect from a specialty burger joint, solid and tasty. Highly recommended, when in Waterford Commons I will always go back. Thanks Destiney! (She legit should get a raise, true hustler, the owners/manager found a winner)

We stopped here on a whim and it was nothing short of AMAZING. The staff was friendly, efficient, restaurant clean and great flavor through the food. Will definitely visit again. Shane the cook was amazing and the manager there was great!
