We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is great. A short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They truly thought of everything: They had the fireplace setting on the TV when we entered the room which was really cozy, and gave us a little gift bag with water and snacks it it too when we arrived. There was also a sound machine, wine glasses, a basket with extra throw blankets, and good toiletries in the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Niantic Inn and can’t wait to be back! It was cozy, very clean, and had so many sweet small details like a room with games and books, a white noise sleep machine and bed tray. Perfect place to stay in a quaint small town with little shops, restaurants and the boardwalk across the street. It’s a small rural meets coastal vibe. We left something behind when we checked out and they reached out and were sure to make sure we got it back! Highly recommend.

I will definitely stay here again! The Inn is conveniently located in the town of Niantic; the host is great--helpful and accommodating; our room was quite comfortable and spacious--and very clean with various amenities (including coffee, light snacks) provided. I highly recommend this Inn for an individual, for couples, or a family. You won't be disappointed.

I made a reservation the day before my stay and got a fantastic rate. My room was upgraded to a huge suite (thank you!) with a kitchenette, and it was very clean. The memory foam mattress was comfortable, and the "welcome tray" with coffee/tea supplies and fresh flowers was a great touch. This hotel is right across the street from the Niantic Boardwalk entrance and Hole-In-The-Wall Beach. You can walk to many shops and restaurants...thanks to the owner for recommendations. I read some of the bad reviews, but I have to believe this was prior to renovations? My room was modern and lovely. I would absolutely stay here again!

The newly renovated rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. It seems like the carpets are not new and don’t match the decor, but it was fine. The beds were comfortable. This is a good option for anyone looking to stay in Niantic, a very walkable town.

The Niantic Inn is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is caring and accommodating, and our room was fresh and spotlessly clean (I am afflicted to notice cleanliness, so I truly mean clean). Our room was modern, comfortable, and convenient. We loved everything about staying here and we will when we are in the area again.
There are great food options nearby, a lovely boardwalk, shopping, and a children's museum within walking distance.

We stayed here overnight and found the Inn to be more than satisfactory. The staff were super nice. Our room was large with a comfortable firm bed. We found the location to be close to some great food options, and by close, I mean a very short walk. The room price was very reasonable considering the location.

The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we could want/need. The staff was very generous as well. It’s within walking distance to some small beaches on the bay. Great stay!
