Exceptional Service and a Fantastic Car!

After talking to the manager he made things right! I will give them a 2nd chance. Very happy with the outcome. Horrible and unacceptable. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1 today. At 3 pm my car was done. I was told that the mechanics go to lunch? 2 hours I had to wait I bought a turned unleaded with 4200 miles on it. When you buy a CERTIFIED turned in lease they are to inspect it. Today I was told I need a cabin air filter $98 before tax? Get this I was told it depends on the area you live in if you live in a farm area you will need one quick On a brand new car? I am not happy at all with this dealership ridulous. I have never ever waited any longer than an hour and always included an inspection of the vehicle!

Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in. Kendra helped me out with a 24 Mazda3. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She knew all the features inside and out of the car which was very impressive. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new ride and I’d absolutely recommend to ask for Kendra.

I’ve been a customer of centrals since the old ownership. This was my first car purchase with the new group. Rick was awesome as always!! Asa was great with negotiations and John the finance guy did everything he could to save me every penny available. If you are looking for a Mazda, vw, or Hyundai definitely check them out. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great experience! From Stacey and Asa in sales to John Woo in finance, everything was amazing. Chris the GM made sure to thank me for my business even though he was super busy on the last day of the month. Totally worth the 1 hr drive up. If you need a new Mazda, VW, or Hyundai you would be losing out if you didn’t go here!
