Car salesman that don’t want to sell vehicles? Stopped in to check out a used vehicle, found it to be in pretty rough shape with mechanical problems. Asked about these issues and was told they would speak with a manager and get back to me. Days went by, no follow up. Reached out to dealership via the text we were communicating in and still no answer… they are selling problem vehicles and don’t like to get back to you if you call them out on it. Shady car salesman!

It took me a while to figure what I wanted to say after my experience with this dealership. I went car shopping for about 4 weeks because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Stopped by vachon and saw a beautiful black 23 traverse! Walked in and was greeted kindly with a smile and Alex grabbed the keys and I checked it out and went for a drive. It was beautiful and was the vehicle I was looking for. Alex was the best salesman I worked with (went to about 10 dealerships looking around) the process was made very easy there and I was able to take my new vehicle home with in a few days. Within a few weeks things began to go wrong. When I called they always got me into the shop and did their best to address my concerns. Turns out there was something major wrong with the electronics and after bringing it back several times I was assigned to their highest mechanic Joe. He always did his best and spoke to me with kindness ( I have knowledge of vehicles so it was nice to not be spoken to the way dealerships usually address woman)! After this vehicle went in about 10 times in less than 6 months I called Gm who blew smoke up my butt. I ended up having to contact a lemon law lawyer and sue Gm for them to take the vehicle back. After 9 months of hell the car went back to the dealership. Even after all of this has happened I will commend this dealership on staying professional, being understanding, and trying to help as much as they could but Gm just wouldnt budge. I took a decent financial hit and decided after being a die hard Chevy person my whole life to buy a Honda! At the end of the day I’d send someone to that dealership to work with alex because he went above and beyond for me Everytime I reached out. As for gm they should be ashamed of themselves!

On 9/3/24 a Tues I went to Vachon Chevy and talked to Eric in the service department to see if they could help me out with my modified Pontiac G8 Gt Eric went and got his lead tech Joe which just so happens to be a gm master tech and we talked and they fit me right into the schedule. Eric and Joe were very nice and Joe knows his stuff nothing butt good things to say about my experience at Vachon service department thanks a bunch.
