A week ago whiile heading to the bathroom I observed the workers not changing their gloves when handling allergens and a dropped bagel on the ground picked up and used. I am beyond appalled by this service and will not be coming back. You have lost a faithful customer!

I don't know why, but I've been craving a bagel for a few days. I got the "super egg" sandwich, which has cheese, tomato, and onion. They offer a lot of different flavors of bagel, but were out of my first choice of bagel flavor, but had my 2nd. Judging by the orders of others that I overheard, they were out of a lot when I was there. The sandwich and coffee were both good.

The Staff here is always attentive and friendly, bagels and spread are always good and the store’s appearance is very clean. Nice place to stop to sit or just drop by 🙂

This place is absolutely amazing. The bagels are amazing. I had the cheddar jalapeno bagel with sausage egg and cheese. For a bagel shop this is the place to go. I would highly recommend going for any and all of your bagel needs.

Before you read this review, I want it to be known that this is the very first time I have ever felt it necessary to post a bad review on a restaurant. I’ve worked in restaurants for many years, and am a frequent customer of nearly all the restaurants in the area. I regularly came here for breakfast for a very long time. This past time, however, I noticed a man, claiming to be the manager, that I had not seen before. He is a short, younger man, with dark hair and large bulging eyes. From start to finish, this man was so incredibly rude to one customer after the next. Shouting, scowling, and rolling his eyes at both the customers and the staff. He seemed to be barking orders at the rest of the employees, who sadly just kept working with their heads down. Others in line, along with me, were in shock at what we were seeing, and we spoke amongst ourselves about it while we waited in line to place our orders. A nice blond lady on the staff looked at me and quietly said “I’m sorry about him”. Once I received my sandwiches, which he made, I noticed the order came out completely wrong. I specifically asked for no tomatoes, which my girlfriend is allergic to, and it seemed as if he put extra tomatoes on purpose. A bit disappointing when spending 30 dollars for a lox sandwich and a bacon egg and cheese. I would have been remiss if I did not say something, so, I approached the man as I was walking out. I stated to him “I can’t believe how rude you have been from the second I walked in, and it’s really disappointing”. To that he stated “have a nice day sir, OR NOT”. I will never be back here, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away. What a shame. Too bad I am not able to give 0 out of 5 stars on this review

I ordered a bakers dozen online and it very clearly says “sliced” on my receipt with $1.80 extra charge. I received my bagels all thrown together in a paper bag. None of them are sliced. I could’ve just gone to the grocery store and got the same thing for a lot cheaper. I don’t think I’ll be back. The workers seemed to have an attitude as well.
