The easiest grab and go lunch spot. The staff is super kind. Always a welcoming, positive attitude. All of the food is prepared and on display along fridges that line the walls — sandwiches, wraps, salads, pre-made meals, and more.

They also have smoothies, and other drinks you could order. Today, I tried the strawberry acai smoothie, Vermont chicken club wrap, and the Mexican street corn pasta. All delicious. Another one of my go tos is their chicken salad ciabatta.

Everything is fresh, the menu has limitless options to choose from and the staff is to die for. Christy and Ashlee run this place down to a T and I don't think I've been to a better deli in a while

Great gluten free sandwiches with a great selection of spreads, meats and cheeses. As a celiac, it was great to see a variety of gluten free ravioli's. Prices are very reasonable too, definitely will be back.

Absolutely the best food locally prepared. I just had the most amazing avocado toast of my life!!! I love this place. The experience is inviting and pleasant. Coffee is perfect every time! You will be so happy you found this gem.
