I don't leave reviews for salespeople ever but I feel I need to in this instance. I have been in search of a truck for several weeks and have visited a multitude of dealerships which has left me quite weary. My experience here at NorthernWest Hills has been nothing short of outstanding.
My salesman Robert was a phenomenal, no pressure just answered the questions I asked. He then filled in the gaps of information that I didn't think to ask, again no pressure. The dealership was willing to work with me regarding the final sale and I was sent to Darren in finance. Again an outstanding experience.
I drove from 1/2 way across the state on a whim, I will be doing many more years of business with these folks!!

Had an amazing experience with this dealership. They had a specific truck that I was searching for and Robert helped me every step of the way. He is a straight up, honest, and kind person. Made the process extremely easy and simple. Had a new truck in less than a week with getting new plates from CT to MA as well! Drove two hours to get this truck and I would do it all over again. Great experience and great management as well! Signing the final paperwork with the manager was also a very simple process! I highly recommend Northwest Hills Chevy to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Purchased a hardly used one year old 2022 Bolt EUV Premier last week. My salesman Nelson was absolutely amazing to deal with and made the process super easy and stress free. I walked in not knowing I was going to buy a car that day and they were very patient giving me time to go to the bank, get equipment out of my trade in (A 2013 Volt) and managed to drive away in my new Bolt the same day. I got an amazing no hassle price on the Bolt EUV and did ultimately get a very good price on my trade in according to Kbb values. Highly recommend for a stress free great dealership experience!

Sales guys was fantastic.

Management left much to be desired.

Had an issue with the title to the car we were trading and the workaround involved getting POA for one of the 2 people on that cars title. The form was issued by the state of CT for POA for exactly this situation with a title transfer. Not only did they refuse to accept it, they then also dealt with it by making an overly authoritarian statement like a power hungry HS principle instead of with any tact. Then, when I get there, they have me sign multiple POAs for THEIR purposes?! It’s not impressive and I wouldn’t have bought from this dealer if they weren’t the only one with a build I needed asap. If you’re not comfortable and don’t have the ability or resources to use the tools at your disposal, don’t be in the game.

They also required I had the new car added to insurance before I bought it even though I provided proof of insurance and auto policies provide coverage for new car purchases for 15+ days. This actually does nothing to provide them any type of protection beyond what ensuring my policy would cover the new car does, but opens up the customer to possible exposure and a mess of liability if anything were to go wrong in that window.

Yes, I’m aware this is how a lot of dealers have done it for a long time. Also, a lot of them don’t these days because they understand the tools of their trade and how to be customer-needs oriented.

I felt like I was back in the 90’s trying to negotiate.

Using their position and dealing with people this was, not understanding that the customer also has liability and concerns, and not putting the customers first by being flexible and trying to find solutions is poor, antiquated, and off-putting.

The only saving grace is I don’t live near them so I won’t ever have to go back.

They are only getting any stars because their sales guy was awesome and the car was as presented.

Dropped by to have my key fob battery replaced. Service department was quick to respond and I was on my way again. Very comfortable experience.
