We have been using Computer Heads for our digital issues for many years. They have always made sure all of our issues have been corrected and quick with their turnaround time. Having our Apple computers serviced by them is Sooooo much more convenient with them than traveling all the way to an Apple Store AND we get it back in a couple of days, typically which is much better than a week or more otherwise.
Daniel is always very thorough in his work and informative of what he has done, as well as patient with our lack of digital knowledge.
we are lucky to have them so convenient to us here in the northwest Hills!

We have been Computer Heads customers for several years. As older adults who aren't particularly tech savvy, it's a great relief to be able to call Dan anytime to ask questions or to get help, either remotely or in person. We're never disappointed.

Update: The machine originally sold to me was fine until I installed my preferred internet browser and preferred security system. You should be able to set up your personal machine how you would like it without it freaking out.

Brought back to tech to fix repeating key "x" repeating problem, tech updated system said he fixed it. Brought it to the library and it was not fixed. Brought it back the next day (3 visits total now) after speaking with the owner over the phone.
He spent the entire time talking over me and talking down to me about how I shouldn't have made any changes and it's clearly my fault that this "$2000 machine" isn't working.
The only reason I did not put down to 1 star is because he did trade me a new identical machine to resolve the issue.

But then he called me "a very paranoid individual" when I asked for a receipt with a new date for the machine trade.
I don't understand why it's so hard for people to just sit down and try to figure out a problem together rather than pointing fingers and condescending like it's somebody's fault.
Unfortunate experience I hope that the owner can retire soon and someone with more rapport for speaking with people can take his place.

Good experience, owner is very nice to talk to and knowledgeable. Refurbished computer he sold me was reasonably priced and seems to be working well. Only knocked off a star because he started peeling stickers off my own personal laptop I had brought in to ask about fixing without asking me first. My friend had given that to me and it had sentimental value and he destroyed it without a thought, but it's just a sticker so whatever I guess.

My father brought my computer to the repair shop while I was at work and they basically scammed him charged him $63 for a diagnosis fee to do nothing we brought it to another repair shop after the fact of him saying that my computer was fried trying to sell us another one and the new repair shop which is highly recommended computer obsession just disconnected the CMOS battery reconnected it and the computer worked fine we went back to try and get a refund because this guy obviously didn't do his job and was very disrespectful and rude did not give a refund and told us to leave his store

Awesome Job! Professional & Expert at getting your system up & running in no time!!

My son's system went kaput fri evening. Placing a call to CH sat am, Hunter gave all the necessary info we needed and soon we brought out PC to them. A faulty PSU(power supply unit) was promptly identified by Dan and Mike suggested we use of the available PSU in shop. In less than an hour they had the system up and running for the price it would have cost at Best Buy to purchase the PSU alone! 10/10

I visited Computer Heads because I needed a new CPU fan. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had the fan I required and instructed me about the installation. It was a brand name fan, the price was very reasonable. This is definitely where I will visit next time I need computer help.
