Absolutely spectacular custom work! Special thanks to Rachel for guiding me thought the entire process. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The jewelers were able to accomplish what no one else could/would. I wanted my diamond set in a very specific custom designed way and they made it happen!!!

I really do not like the sales representatives attitudes in this location and finally had a bad enough experience that I will never be going back to this Hannoush ever again. Hannoush is my favorite jeweler but this store is crossed off my list. In the meantime I highly recommend the West Farms mall location instead. Michael is fabulous, and the representation is 10x more professional and pleasant to work with.

I want to start off by saying the only reason I gave a 2 star was because of the way Dan handled the first situation.
HoweverThe next time I went into the store a unprofessional inadequate woman by the name of Rachael was totally embarrassing, nasty, and down right Despicable. She was shouting and pointing at me. Trying to talk down to me as if she was above me. She was absolutely ghetto. Not someone who should even have a position dealing with people, let alone a manager. What a joke. Not sure if I'll go back there again while she's working.

Was at this location browsing asked about a particular ring size as I was looking for a ring a bit larger than a standard size. I was very abruptly told by 2 sales girls from across the store that all the rings in the store are a standard 7. I was still looking and asked to see a particular ring and the 2 sales people behind the counter said to each other loud enough for me to hear. I’m not sure why she is still looking I told her we didn’t have the size she wanted. I felt very uncomfortable from the moment I spoke in this store. Not a welcoming environment.

Love this jewelry store. I have gone to them for my husbands wedding ring, anniversary presents and even for my young son. The quality of everything I’ve gotten is amazing. The staff is also extremely informative and go above and beyond to be as helpful as they can. They are also not hesitant to give fantastic deals. I would recommend to anybody. I will always go to them for my jewelry.
