Do not buy anything here or you will have a bad experience low-quality of motorcycles . Disrespectful Stuff. Don’t bring the anything to the service the mechanics don’t know how to get the job done they will make change parts and change you and still not fix the main problem. No compren aki o tendrán una mala experiencia baja calidad de motos se dañan después de poco tiempo. Los empleados son irrespetuosos y mentirosos . No lleven a arreglar sus motos aki los mecánicos no saben les harán cambiarán piezas que no son y les cobrarán si motivó y no arreglarán el problema y perderán su tiempo .

Place is awesome there are so many bikes to choose from pretty much every main brand, jetskis, quads, dirt bikes, street bikes everything ! Place is sick All the guys, there are super chill and great at getting you what you need hassle free! made it so easy for me to purchase my new mt09 . They also hooked me up with some free gear when I was leaving. Came from New York and don’t regret it ! Check this place out ! 10 out of 10

I don’t normally write reviews. However these guys deserve the 5 stars all day! I drove 4 hours from Maine to purchase a new motorcycle from these guys and the process from the very beginning to the end was seamless! Thank you very much to Kevin for the high level of customer service, efficiently processing all of the paperwork and making the transaction quick, easy, and enjoyable. Shout out to Chad for taking the time to walk me through the showroom spending some one on one time with me to ensure I was happy with the accessories I picked up with the new bike. I will definitely be doing business with these guys again and highly recommend shopping here if you’re in the market for a new toy.

How can there be any negative reviews of this establishment This is my second machine purchased from Kevin and Scott at Motorsports Nation Waterford. I was quoted a trade in value over the phone about two weeks prior to showing up. Unfortunately I never got his name but he quoted me 1k over trade in value for my machine. After hanging up I thought wow that’s great! When I got up their and told Scott and Kevin the price they were a little taken back over the trade in quote as they had no clue who gave it to me. Scott told me we’ll figure something out and asked what I was looking to buy. I told them I was looking for a seadoo, but had no clue what I wanted. Keven took over 45 min walking me around the lot showing my all the different makes and types. I finally narrowed it down to the exact one. Well guess what,they still honored it and gave me a great deal on my new sea-doo. No hassle, no pressure just a shear pleasure to do business with. I have purchased over 10 machines from other various dealerships and none of them come close to the level of professionalism and price that these guys offer. Don’t bother going to New Haven or anywhere else in CT go in ask for Keven or Scott(Owner) both super nice guys always looking out for the customer. That’s extremely rare in this day in age and this type of business.
Also these guys got everything done and me on the water a day before the 4th of July. ABOVE And BEYOND all expectations.
