The Critical Tint and Critical Signs staff is great. They take pride in the customer service they provide as well as the end product. I’ve lived in this area all my life and know they’ve been in business almost 20 years now.

I recently came back to get my windows tinted. After speaking with another competitor, I came to talk with Sylvester- their main tint man who’s been doing this for 20 years as well. He came out to look at the car, and I bounced some ideas off of him and they were able to order a specific tint I wanted. You can tell he takes pride in his work, he’s knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. After I accidentally rolled down the windows the next day (😳!) he came out to help fix the minor defect I caused with no problem.

I’ve gone to them for a Snap On tool box wrap, and they helped me create the idea I had in my head. They checked with me on their rough draft and let me make some suggestions without hesitation. The end product was amazing and help raise money for a non-profit organization to help keep wounded veterans “on the move.”

I would recommend Critical Signs and Critical Tint to anyone in the area hands down!

I am so impressed with the vinyl wrap they did on my car. Very fair pricing, great customer service, quick turn around time and you can tell the vinyl wrap technician cares a lot about how the final product looks. Very refreshing to have someone working on your car who will take the time and effort to make sure it is done properly!

I had my roof wrapped and tint done on my new car. The quality of the job is excellent. They took great care to make sure everything was perfect. There are no bubbles or dust trapped anywhere. It was also a plus that they also do wraps. Normally, I would have to go to 2 different places to get what I want. I've been going to Tint My Ride in New London for 10 years and probably 10 different cars, but no more! They just go through the motions. I've never had a perfect job like I received at Critical Tint. I'm a customer for life!

Sylvester does a great job, tint came out perfect. Rose is super friendly and helpful. Prices are unbeatable. This is 20%. We'll be back for a fix on the rear window of my husbands Mustang GT/CS which was not done by Critical Tint. Thanks guys!
