I normally come in twice a week for wine. I’ve even signed up for the loyalty program two weeks ago. Today, I came in just to grab wine coolers (switched it up for the first time since I wanted something more fruity). Normally, they recognize me, so I give my birthday. Today, I was asked for my ID and I realized I left my wallet in the car since I do tap and asked if I could give my birthday. This older gentleman told me “no, you need ID” I understood completely anyways, so I ran to my car. In a rush, I came back in but decided I wanted wine (my go to). I went to the counter to put back the coolers, and the man swatted my hand away and said I’ll put it back. At this point, I didn’t want to even spend my money here but I wanted my wine. I grabbed my go to wine (barefoot) and walked to the front. On my way to the front, the same older gentleman was putting the coolers back. He said to me “so you find your ID and decided you don’t want these, interesting” I politely said yes and walked to the front to check out. He made sure to hurry back to watch the other guy check me out. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable in an establishment. Especially as a regular customer.

This is the most unprofessional liquor store I’ve ever been in. Before this experience I was given a shot at a booth WITHOUT SHOWING ID, then the next time I entered the store I was IMMEDIATELY chased down and Berated to show my ID, was given attitude from the staff, was talked down to, and my ID was scanned 4 TIMES! To ‘make sure it’s real’ and apparently they ‘chase down everyone that comes in’ when there were other people coming in without being IDed, so clearly this was targeted. Absolutely Abysmal behavior.

So to the old man and woman who are so unprofessional they feel a need to attack their younger customers, I hope your lives get better because clearly you have some issues

When i say huge selection, I mean HUGE selection. Probably any beer you could dream of is in stock there. Massive wine selection and staff was knowledgeable and friendly

I attempted to pick up an alcohol order for a DoorDash customer as I have many times in the past. My legal name is on my license and I have gone by Katie my entire life, I have never once been called my legal name. Many Dashers do not use their legal name for various reasons, and the platform has not had an issue with it.

The gentleman gave me a hard time because my Dasher account and my ID didn’t match. I had to unassign the order.

He said he can’t account for the countless other staff that have let me pick up their orders, which is concerning. If inconsistencies are there they should be addressed by management.

If you want alcohol via Door Dash, I suggest you get it from another establishment.

been shopping here for a long time with the friendliest possible staff. Today my father and I were checked out by a man who asked for my ID and my fathers, which I provided as I'm 22. After the cashier okayed my ID my father asked him why he needed my ID too, to which the cashier immediately became defensive, aggressive, and rude. After the initial rude interaction the same cashier chased my father and I out into the parking lot and screamed that his card declined, which ended up being due to an error on the cashier's side, not ours--this didn't stop him from publicly shouting at both of us in the parking lot however. I have never had such an unnecessarily negative experience at a store in my life, and package stores are a dime a dozen. I will literally never shop here again.

I've been purchasing here for a long time now and I can say the staff are so helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They always have my special 4 Locos ready and call me every single week to let me know that we have your order for you. I feel very appreciated there and they go above and beyond for their customers. 5 🌟 and more all the way around!!

Pleasant staff and clean store… pricing is good on most but the BullShot Cookies & Cream flavored whiskey price was irresistible $5 less than most!
