I visited the Lux Bond & Green location in Westport this past weekend to purchase my first Rolex. As soon as my family and I stepped inside, Aqui introduced himself and showed us the few models I was interested in. Aqui was not only patient but also kind, compassionate, and caring. Lux Bond & Green is very fortunate to have such a gentleman on their staff. I am truly grateful for the experience and for having met Aqui!

I had a most wonderful experience at Lux Bond and Green in Westport today. I walked in with an older Seiko watch to get a new battery, and was treated like royalty by my salesman Oscar. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He went out of his way to tell me the size of the strap so that I could order a new one for my daughter-in-law who I was giving the watch to. He was a delightful person so positive, kind and friendly, exactly what the world needs right now. I ended up treating myself to a pair of earrings that I never intended to buy. I highly recommend the store and if you are fortunate enough to come on a day when Oscar is working, you’ll see what I mean. I did tell the manager how I felt, and she was absolutely lovely as were the other sales people in the store. A+++
