I bought some balloons for a baby shower i was hosting this past weekend and they all fell within about 3 hours of my getting home from the store. The giraffe was last to go at the 3 hour mark and the others in the photo were like this when we got home 20 minutes after we left. What a waste of my time and my money.

The staff has never been helpful there any time we have gone. The last time I went and asked for help, the guy "went to look" and never came back. I always have to just roam around and find everything myself. They aren't very friendly either. I wish there were other options to go to for the things I need. I'm kind of at their mercy. They have also overcharged us before. We didn't notice the receipt until it was too late to do anything about it. And they probably wouldn't care anyway.

Overall experience is good
The place is well constructed and well maintained.
Good looking store with well stocked party items for sale.I came here for my daughter’s first birthday. If you are looking for helium filled balloons this is the place to buy them.
Atmosphere and decor was really cool. Service was good

Awesome experience. We came in for balloons last night and bought a few latex. We had no idea they only lasted 6-8 hours and in the morning they were on the floor. I called and explained and he was happy to invite me back to replace them for us for free. Bryce was awesome and very nice of him to do that for us!

This last weekend I purchased balloons for my daughter's continuation party & on the way to the party in Littleton they flew out the window. I called this location & Melissa really helped me out. Made me another set & had them ready for me so I could still make it to the party on time with balloons in hand. Thank you Melissa & party city of Littleton, you guys are awesome! ♡
