Items are total garbage. Purchased a $90+ coat and the seams ripped first wear. This coat is even oversized so it's definitely because of cheap materials. Reached out to the shop several times and they refuse to make the situation right. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Update 1/2/25 finally heard back from the "manager" after WEEKS of reaching out and they said we had to return the jacket with tags to get a resolution. We are in their system they have our order and I of course took the tag off to wear it. That's how we found out it was CHEAP and the seams unraveled with ONE wear! As an OVERSIZED coat. SCAM! Definitely reporting them to the BBB.

Eclectic. The most fashion forward boutique in Sussex County. The clothes, the atmosphere, the employees. Truly a unique blend of edge and sophistication. The atmosphere is just as impressive, soft lighting, curated playlists, chic decor. Reminds me Haight street shops. The staff is an absolute delight; friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping you find pieces that make you feel confident and look even better. I have found standout statement pieces and everyday elegance, their collection of beautifully crafted clothing is a dream! Its a local staple to revisit again and again. Go in, find out for yourself why Waterlili is a household name in Bethany Beach.

Beautiful clothes, and even more beautiful jewelry.
My daughter had a difficult time picking earrings, they had such a selection and they were all so cute.
I got an ensemble that I can’t wait to show off to friends and family.
The lady that helped us was so nice, so knowledgeable and attentive.
The prices were a tad bit high for my budget, but I will go back and shop there again. I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for unique and stylish clothes.
* To those who complained about the no return policy, you need to understand what a small business is faced with tourists coming in after wearing an outfit once, and then wanting to return it. Be reasonable people; small businesses are struggling as it is now against the big competitors. Don’t quibble about a policy that helps their bottom line. You will surely regret it when they are no longer around and you can only get mass produced garbage from China.

I bought a beautiful handbag that I love at a fashion show. One week later the handle attachment came apart. I love the bag and want to keep it. I took it to the store and was told the manager would call me. It is 2 weeks plus later and no call back. An almost $80 bag should last more than a week!! I plan to go to the main store but am afraid after reading reviews that I will not get any relief. This is a very poor business practice. The bag should be sent back to manufacturer for a full refund. Would not recommend this store to anyone due solely to business practices. The things in the store are very. Nice but not worth being cheated

CAUTION CUSTOMERS!!!! After many purchases at Water Lili and spending a good deal of money, and recommending the shop to several friends, I am writing my very first ever bad review! The owner, Pam, refused to have an expensive and defective piece of clothing fixed at her cost, or sent back to her vendor. Pam treated me as though I’d created the flaw myself and kept insisting (arguing) that I wasn’t in their computer system, until she finally “found” me. No apology even then. This flaw was an unraveling of threads at the back of a skirt. Then Pam repeated the store policy instead of saying, you’re a valued customer, let me see what I can do. As another shop owner told me, “rather than losing a devoted customer, I would have said just that.”
Sorry Pam, you’ve lost me and my friends with your imperious, non- negotiable attitude. Again, my first bad review ever. Customers! Please do check out your garments completely BEFORE you leave this store! If you walk out the door, it’s yours no matter what! How’s that for an honest shop owner? Not!
I’m obviously upset about this and hope no one else experiences what I did. Instead of Best Business Practices, this was an EGREGIOUS business model.
I wouldn’t even give it a one star except I had to in order to write this accurate review.

The first time wearing "the best leggings ever" , they snagged and show wear on the knees. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here anymore.

Make your selection wisely because it's hit or miss at the Water Lili.

Love this shop! There's a location on the boardwalk and a new location in Ocean View. Very soft fabrics, unique finds, gorgeous pillows. A new regular spot for me! And the bag she give you is so cute! Perfect for any gift as well.
