First time in this Build-A-Bear store. It is located in the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The place has a pretty good variety. They also have a good variety of accessories as well. The prices were on the high side, but if you shop around, you can find some decent deals. If it's your child's birthday, you can get a birthday bear. For the birthday bear, you only pay the price of your child's birthday age. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Employees were really friendly, it's very clean and organized. They had some of the Halloween stuffies (including a big devil bear) I definitely recommend stopping in and building yourself a new friend😊

The three young ladies who waited on us were super nice and very helpful. Kate is the main one. I spoke to her by phone before going to the Rehoboth location because I wanted to be sure they had three of the reindeer. Kate took the time to describe which ones they had as well as some of the outfits. When my husband and I arrived at the store, Kate came over to help us, and she could not have been nicer! After we picked out the three that we wanted, Kate stuffed them all and then she and a co-worker put the shoes and outfits on them...I was in awe over how adorable they all were, especially the shoes....so darn cute!!! The young lady at the register was also very nice. The reindeer were Christmas gifts for three awesome and very special kids!!! A huge "THANK YOU" to Kate and the two other employees for all their kindness and assistance that day!!! Much appreciated!!!

I am not one to usually write a review but my son 2 year old Jaxson had an amazing experience at the Build a Bear. It was his first time and the workers was so nice!! Especially the one who helped us stuffed his new cat Mia! I feel so bad I can’t remember her name but I just wanted to thank her again for making the experience sooo much fun!

We brought my one year old in to make his very first build a bear. The employees were less than welcoming, and did not make the experience special or exciting whatsoever. They didn’t offer to put a heart in the bear we got our baby, they didn’t really talk to him or get him excited (which does not take much effort at all). Thankfully he’s little enough that he doesn’t know the difference, but as a mom and as someone who has had a really good experience with build a bears up until today, this was quite disappointing. The employees working at 2:30 PM on 01/28/24 also stated they didn’t even care about their jobs with customers in line that could hear them, and that was pretty obvious. Overall, pretty disappointed in the experience here and wouldn’t recommend this location.

I must say I am quite disappointed by my visit to this establishment. The staff showed no care to be there at all. They literally played rock paper scissors to decide who was going to be unlucky enough to fill our bear. They were just unhappy and quiet. Still got a cute stuffed frog and I like their new little build a bear options, we got a little axolotl. I’m just happy my daughter was only 7 weeks old and not 7 years old because she won’t remember this disappointing visit.

Just wanted to give some recognition to Donna that helped my daughter stuff her toothless dragon! She was so so sweet and really made her experience special! I hope this reaches her because she deserves it!
