Excellent service while shopping for our new sofa. James was friendly and knowledgeable about LS sofas. He was patient while we had to do our measurements over and over again.Gave us applied discounts making our purchase easy and affordable. We visited the showroom twice at the Christiana Mall location. The first time we were there Yvette and Shelbi offered us lots of information. They both worked with processing what we were looking to get, answered our 100+ questions and were not “pushy sales people”, there is nothing worse! We were coming up on Labor Day and wanted to wait to see if there was going to be a better sale than what the current offer was. Yvette made sure to get my phone number and let us know she would text us as soon as she heard. I honestly was surprised they were true to their word. I even text a couple of time with more questions and got a response! When I went back to the showroom to place my order Shelbi was the only one working. The store was super busy but she remained cool, calm and collected. She broke down numbers for me of what our payments would be and even made a changes to our order with and without a couple of pieces to see the price difference. I truly hope our experience with our new Lovesac is just as good as our experience at the Lovesac showroom!! Thank you Shelbi and Yvette for waking us through finding our new furniture, making it easy, and being so nice , friendly, and knowledgeable!

After a full year contemplating on purchasing a Lovesac sectional we finally decided to move forward with the purchase. We knew the best time would be around Black Friday due to the significant discount. We solidified our design and bought the pieces with a full 8 speaker StealthTech. Customer service was very helpful and the process was quite easy. The shipment arrived on time and we have installed the fabric covers. Not the easiest task, but reasonably organized. We are at the point to put everything together and enjoy the sectional. Very excited to get this completed!

In store we had 5 star service! Our packages (totaling 12) were delivered to our building, without notice, and left out in the pouring rain, when, instead, they could have opened one door and placed packages inside. Fortunately, Brittany our sales rep and one of the store managers, reached out to follow up and offered to replace any damaged items. 5 star customer service!

Sales help was attentive and seemed knowledgeable. We ended up working with 3 different people, the last one being the manager. The modular nature of the product is it's greatest asset, but makes purchasing confusing. The first salesperson answered all of our questions. The second one gave us additional information which we were unaware of and clarified some misunderstandings. The manager provided us with a tremendous amount of additional information related both to configurations and price.

The representative at the store was very informative and explained everything to myself and my husband. She was very patient with our many questions. The delivery we were told 1-2 weeks which is ok, but it ended up being 2 days! A added plus! Once we got our delivery setup was very easy! The sactional is extremely comfortable and the whole family enjoys it!

Had a wonderful experience at this location! There were some issues with the financing that were completely out of Lovesac’s control and staff was still very helpful navigating it all. I want to give a shout-out to DeAndre! We didn’t know until we talked to the manager (she was also a huge help!) that he hasn’t been there long- he did such an incredible job that we assumed he had been with the company a long time. We asked countless questions and he answered them all and was such a delight to work with!

Great experience! The manager Celeste was AMAZING! Answered every question, no matter how small. I never felt pressured to buy anything, the atmosphere was lovely, honestly everything about my experience was great. I’m excited to getting my Lovesac ! Can’t wait! Thank you Celeste for helping me!
