My 24 jeep was in for a recall. The people at the desk checking me in were very nice and professional. The turn around for getting the work done was very fast. The only negative aspect was the condition of the vehicle. The service being done was to the dash. Who ever did the work failed to clean up the mess they made over the dash area. O

I dropped my Jeep off the night prior knowing I had to work in the morning. I also had a 9:45am appt with IG Burton that was going to take approximately one or two hours. The text I received to contact Tara at anytime to receive notifications of my vehicle was at 715. I sent a text around noon. Never received a reply. I called them at 230 due to leaving work and they said the Jeep was just being brought in to worked on! I already had people lined up so I would have my Jeep in the am and drop off to me at work. Obviously, they knew since I left my Jeep, even though I had an appt, I was most likely put on hold due to leaving it there! Once I called, the lady said the mechanic was working on another vehicle that took longer than expected? I finally received a call at around 330 that my Jeep was done! Tara when I met her for the two seconds to tell me to go and pay seemed nice . That was my only interaction with her.
